    Our experience with MA Design and Construction Co was seamless from start to finish. From the initial consult with a project manager to working directly with the owners of the company our front door project was as easy as renovations in your home can go. They were flexible about timing, communicative, and very easy to work with. We initially had our two front doors replaced and ended adding a portico to the front entrance as well. Marc, Raquel and their crew of many were able to accommodate our last minute request and finished the job with out pause. The carpenters and painters worked cleanly and did not leave any trace of their work behind, which is important for me with a dog, a few cats and small children. I look forward to working with this company again on the numerous projects around our home

    Andre is an absolute professional. He shows up on time, is honest and will not leave until not only the job is not only done, but when it is perfect. Andre is a perfectionist in his craft and genuinely cares about making sure everything he touches is as good as it can possible be. He had installed two custom hand built closets that were extremely tricky to cut out due to the roof line of the wall. He has also helped with an extensive gut renovation, managing and overseeing a 6 feet dig out and under pinning of a 200+ year house. Whatever you are looking to get done weather it be a large full scale renovation or a custom cabinetry, painting or carpentry, Andre is the guy for the job. A true craftsman and honorable businessman

The team was professional, polite, cleaned up after themselves, and communicated well what was going on.     My wife and I learned about Moylan Contracting because of the work they were doing on another house down the street. We noticed they kept an incredibly clean site, and were very friendly when we said hello on walks, so we called for a quote on a kitchen remodel we wanted done. John came over and we were immediately impressed. You could tell he had a lot of experience as he talked us through different design options and listened to our goals for the project. After some consideration we moved forward with his team and are very happy we did. John did a great job keeping us up to date throughout the project. His team stayed on schedule and on budget (except for the additions we added to the scope) and checked in with us constantly about expectations, when we needed to select countertops, backsplash, light fixtures, etc. John would also take our call to talk through any of our questions or concerns during construction, regardless of time of day. Even after the job was complete, John still honors his work. We have called him for some final “touch ups” and he’s happy to come back. Moylan Contracting has pride in their work and it shows. We would recommend them to anyone asking, and will be calling them again for future work

    This is the second time we've had Jeff out to do work for us. He and his assistant Alex installed beautiful custom woodwork in our hallway. There were many technical challenges because we have an older house, but their deep commitment to quality work and fine attention to detail are plainly evident in their excellent job. They also took care to work very neatly, locating all of the sawing and finishing outside the house or offsite. We had an unusual project for them, and Jeff's expertise was essential in bringing it off successfully. Throughout the project, from early discussions to the scheduling the final day, our communication with him was prompt and clear. We are already planning the next series of projects to do with his services. We can't recommend him highly enough
