Dan is reliable, trustworthy, personable, and professional, and it was a pleasure to work with him. Paulo was also reliable, professional, and did amazing work. He completely gutted my main 1950's bathroom and turned it into a dream come true. He put in new floor boards and walls. He installed a new tub, new toilet, marble flooring, and beautiful marble tile for the tub/shower surround. I ordered a custom vanity and marble top including backsplash from Samanco and it was perfect. Samanco made sure that all of the finishing touches were perfect from the paint to the lighting and everything in between. They provided top quality work, and I would definitely hire them again

    It has been a pleasure working with Trivic Remodelers. Ted, the owner, helped us in designing our layout, which included electrical and plumbing work. Trivic installed custom-made cabinets, a dishwasher, a range hood, a sink, and quartz countertops for our kitchen. Our home is 136 years old and still had the original plumbing. Trivic encountered problems with the plumbing and replaced the old rusted and cracked pipes with PVC and copper pipes bringing us into the 21st century.     We decided to remodel our 50 year old bathroom. We had no idea of the cost or details involved in the project. After receiving three estimates, we selected HomeWerks of Naperville for the project. Their initial estimate was over our budget, but their architect, Matt Goyke, worked with us to tweak the plans to bring the price within our budget and still provide us with everything that we wanted. Scheduling became a brief problem because of the holidays, but Matt worked to get done between Thanksgiving and Christmas. They started work on the Monday after Thanksgiving, and one worker working eight hours a day, completed the job in two weeks. We are totally satisfied with our new bathroom.
