Recent Review: We had a leak from our 2nd floor shower. It had been incorrectly installed. Previously, we had 2 different plumbers work on it with no success. We thought we would have to replace the entire unit, which would entail tile work, etc. We tried Dennis Cavorti and to our surprise, the leak has been eliminated. He also reinforced the floor below the unit from the ceiling on the 1st floor. This helped by reducing the flexing of the shower base. I highly recommend Dennis. He saved us a lot of money!

Recent Review: What a great experience! My current shower/tub is tan and i wanted it to be white. I was originally going to replace the fiberglass shower/tub unit to achieve this but based on the high cost to do this and the invasiveness of cutting out the old unit, installing a new one, plumbing, etc i decided to just refresh my existing unit (which was in good shape; i was only going to replace it to change the color) . I texted Ernest the photos and he got back to me with a quote - about 1/3 less than replacing the unit! I setup a date to do it; all very easy with Ernest. He arrived on time, put down clothes and taped up the bathroom. He was very courteous and very professional; i asked him a lot of questions and my impression is very positive; he knows his craft very well and takes pride in his work. The job took a few hours and when done he meticulously cleaned up and gathered all his equipment. The shower/tub looks fantastic and I am really glad i chose to resurface it versus taking it out and putting a new one in, especially when all i wanted to do was freshen it up and change the color. I would definitely hire Ernest again!

Recent Review: I called and was given their price structure ($135 for the first 45 minutes & parts. $33.75 for each 15 minute period after that, and I would receive $30 off because I found them on Angie's list.) In the past, my husband & I would take bets on which one of us was closer to guessing the amount of plumber's bill when it arrived, so it was great to get that information right up front. I was given a choice of a morning or afternoon appointment the next day and was told that the technician would call me with an arrival time. Al, the technician, called the next day and said he would be arrive in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, he and Tim were at my door. Because several attempts to have the leak fixed over the years resulted in the advice from another plumber that we would need to replace the entire fiberglass insert (the entire shower stall), I was concerned they would tell me the same thing. Al & Tim sized up the job, had everything they needed on their truck (no trips to Home Depot) and were done in a little over an hour. They were professional, courteous, efficient and they fixed the leak! I was e-mailed a bill the next day and was given the choice to pay via credit card or check. This was my first use of Angie's List and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. I've raved about Angies List and Bee & Jay to several people already, one who has asked me to send her the information to contact Bee & Jay. I'd use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them highly.
