    The technician, Carlos, arrived promptly at the stated time, did a thorough inspection of the system, explained his steps, and proceeded to the job. Replaced the UV lamp, checked out the system, and replaced a capacitor. Checked for leaks in the system, and made sure the drip pan was drawn out completely. Replaced the shields and enclosures, checked out that the system was performing satisfactorily, and left the area clean and neat. Also signed us up for service contract for the next year. Fairly priced services, and done within the time span. Highly recommend for future service

I needed 2 humidifiers installed and Matt (the owner) made it happen quickly and was very responsive.     Anthony’s came out for routine maintenance. I had tp point out the soaking wet torn in multiple places exposed ducts. He punched a hole in the bottom of both ducts with a screwdriver to drain the water from the bulging ducts. He left after assuring me he would report the problem and I would get a phone call re scheduling of repair. . Several Weeks passed I was concerned because about further damage with the storms and Amy of rainfall. I was told by the woman whom answered my call that she had no record of this problem. But would have someone else come back to make an assessment. She refused to answer any of my further questions and her whole demeanor changed when I informed her I was just leasing the home. So I informed the property manager of my rental re the problem with the AC ducts and their make shift housing cover half off , flapping in the wind & rain ,the lack of communication with the employees , and now being told by Anthony’s since I’m not the owner of the property they will not talk with me. So my landlord( the property manager) became the middle man! She spoke with them and she called me to expect a call re an appt that they had to order the parts needed. When they returned to replace the damaged ducts and cover to protect them from the elements I walked into my back yard to find them taping the ducts! I was so surprised I said I thought you are to repace the damaged ducts and I was promptly told No we can’t do that. They covered up the wet, dirty ducts with tape and well you saw there finished product. “Hello heardfromAnthonys and unfortunately they had to special order the ductwork so won't be in for a week.They should off figured it out week 2 weeks ago.” ( this was the text message from my landlord). 8/24 they came back with no ducts snd no plan to do anything but another patch and cover up with a sheath

Vendor identified that additional ductwork was not needed which another bidder was anxious to replace at a much higher cost. Terms and conditions were agreed upon in writing. Installation was performed the following week and an onsite inspection was made by a reliable source, since I could not do so myself from my home in Illinois.     Technicians were very professional, knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions. Very Satisfied with service and system rendered. Technicians came out and identified a whole in the coils of my AC system. They tried to submit a warranty repair to the manufacturer, but was denied since system was not registered when installed in the home when it was built 6 years ago. Decided on going with a complete replacement since repair would have cost $2500 and new install was $5000. Figured paying $2500 more for brand new system with guaranteed 10 yr warranty was much better than paying $2500 for 1 yr warranty for repairing the coils. Definitly happy going the higher end amount since my new AC system is more energy efficient and seems to keep my home cooler without having to lower the temp. Another interesting piece of having my AC system replaced discovere that construction team that installed AC system when home was built left original box and manual that the thermostat came in behind the air handler. There was a lot of other stuff left behind too. Somewhat surprised something didn't catch on fire. Lesson and advice to all home buyers of new homes, have some body constantly monitor construction for trash being thronw into areas that can easily be coverd but can become potential hazards. This isn't the only area we have found where construction crews have thrown garbage. It's appaling what these home builders allow their constructions crew to do with garbage.
