The job was fairly difficult, and they handled it perfectly. The new furnace is in a different location than the old one. Also the A/C unit is in a different location. Other remodeling was being done (new roof, etc) so they had to return a number of times. The AC unit was installed 6 months after the furnace.

This company was pleasure to work with. They made contact with me on Monday and was out to my house the next day to access my heating and AC needs. Rudy V. went over my replacment options. I added that I also wanted two zones and Nest thermostats. Thursday they installed the furnace and air conditioner. We had the heater ready to use that same night! Friday was just a few hours of welding and trying up the air conditioner. They were very fast, neat and professional.

We were super-pleased with ABC. Our air conditioner unexpectedly stopped working last night. We called ABC just before 8pm and were able to schedule a service call for this morning. They went on to work on an A/C that was causing the problem, replaced a part and that apparently came loose, and they had to go back a week later because the A/C went out again, but, they did not charge me for that because it was a defect in the work they had done, so, I was pleased with that. I have got the report on one of the maintenance visits and I have not got the report on the other, although I was told it was scheduled, so, I need to check on that. I like the contracts and that saves a lot of problems.

I have used them in the past too. They are reliable; if I am in a jam, they will come out even on Sundays. They are very friendly, and the price is right. I even got a Christmas card from them. The last time around, they came out for free because they had come out before to check the unit and then they came back for another adjustment. I would definitely use them again in the future. I found them as a result of a recommendation from a friend of mine, and I would recommend them to anybody that would ask for a recommendation.

Very nice and polite service person, attentive to needs and cleanliness. He did not try to up-sell and did not do a service that was not necessary. He arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and did an additional vent trap cleaning that I did not know about. He tested everything before leaving. I do wish to add that the senior discount is 5%, not 10% as indicated on list.

Our air conditioner stopped working a few days before some predicted very hot weather. With a baby and 3 adults in the house we wanted it fixed before the heat arrived. We called another AC company and they weren't able to help right away or give a definite time they could get to our job. After reading reviews in Angie's List and on-line, we called Kelly's Plumbing. They answered the phone right away and scheduled the repair for that afternoon. The repairman arrived at the promised time and promptly inspected the central AC unit and determined that the condenser was leaking and had tripped a fuse, which were both repaired on the spot. When we bought the house, the AC was not working and the AC technician who came then replaced a blown fuse, but apparently did not determine the cause of the blown fuse. We were very impressed with Kelly's Plumbing and plan to use them for both heating and cooling (and plumbing) needs in the future.

I called A &H because my A/C used to start whenever the thermostat kicked in and started the heat. I left them a message over the weekend. They returned my call promptly on Monday and gave an appointment for a couple of days later. They showed up on time, checked the thermostat and the furnace and AC and determined that there was likely some shorted wiring. They turned the AC power off and made another appointment for 2 weeks later to fix the wiring. On the day of the appt. they called in the morning and left a message saying they were going to come in earlier than the original appt. After the technicians got there, they had to remove the thermostat, go into the attic and replace the wiring. It took them a while but they charged us for only 2 hours (including the original visit). The only negative was that one of the technicians was somewhat sloppy when re-installing the thermostat and made a bigger hole in the dry wall than before. They had to caulk it up.

For 2-3 years we had noticed that our house did not cool down adequately on hot days. After a recent hot spell, we decided to call an HVAC company to check it out. After finding AAA on Angies List, we made an appointment. On the day of the appointment, Monty arrived on time. He checked out the system, and told us that the refrigerant was low, and that this was probably the cause of our cooling problem. This made sense, and we asked him to service the unit. Within an hour, the refrigerant was recharged. From then on, we have noticed a big improvement in the AC, and it appears our problem is fixed.

Technician provided a quality service. He explained everything he would be doing and went over everything after the job. He was efficient and minimally invasive. At the end of the service, he also let me know what I could/should be doing to avoid any problems with both the furnace and the AC. He also provided information and deals for yearly maintenance which we will sign up for. Considering he came on a rainy day and was cheerful about working on the AC outside, a really great technician! Would definitely use/recommend them!

The technician checked out my A/C and did a tune up on it. He advised that the unit "might" have a small leak based on the low level of freon inside, but he wasn't able to locate a leak. He stated that I should probably replace my unit since it was old and having this problem, but he also advised that we could try filling it with freon to see if that would work. He added the freon and it worked well for about a week and then stopped cooling the house. I contacted the company again and they advised that I should replace the entire unit. The A/C unit is over 20 years old so that is probably the best solution, but I wish the tech had used his expertise and advised me NOT to go ahead with the freon. I ended up wasting $300.

This Company completed a significant remodel and upgrade to our kitchen, mudroom and first floor bathroom. We had some initial plans when we met them, but Oren quickly pointed out we'd be doing a lot of work and still end up with a small kitchen. They suggested taking out a load bearing wall, which we never had considered, and the end product is amazing. Their ideas and experience came into play whenever we were unsure and it ended up being a big project with great results. All staff and contractors were top notch.

Very professional and knew his job, however the replacement price for the a/c was more than I wanted to invest. I received 3 other quotes and went with another company. Although Trane is a well respected air conditioner I went with a Comfort Maker which is an air conditioner manufactured by Carrier.

Great my old ac unit went out on me on 6/30/20. I'd called Philadelphia Gas & Electric on 7/1/20 and the representative came out that same day. Order a new air conditioner 5 days later they called me to let me know that the new air conditioner is in. The next day they out to installed the new unit, best of all they clean up the work area.
