Technician arrived when promised, shortly after 9 AM. He replaced the capacitor and got us up and running shortly thereafter. We have a maintenance agreement, so we have elevated expectations of a service response. However, we appreciate how quickly Fresh Air resolved our problem

    We found SmartHouse almost by accident while looking for solutions to what turned out to be botched previous AC installation by a much bigger and more established company who we had trusted to do a decent job. Instead we ended up with a system that wouldn't cool the house. Smarthouse first correctly diagnosed the problem, then fixed it, and advised us on how best to heat and cool our 100+ old house.
