From the first day, to the end of the remodel, we have never been happier! Rudy relieved so much stress off of us, and even gave us input, or inspiration based off his experience. He made everything EXTREMELY easy! Did I mention how much stress he relieved from us?! Not only was this a fast, flawless, easy, and comforting experience, but the entire crew are extremely reliable, and trustworthy. We never gave it a second thought leaving them with a key to our home. They did such an amazing job! It's very apparent they take pride in their work, and it reflects throughout the entire process.     Anthony, Javier and crew went above and beyond. We first used them to get our home ready for sale. Anthony started with a walk-through of the home to point out any areas that would need attention. They filled nail holes, painted entire rooms and trim, refinished our wood front door, painted the exterior trim of entry doors and the garage door. We even had them clean the drive way. WOW! We teased that we didn’t recognize our home! It was worth every penny! This completed the home staging we did and our home sold in a day. When we moved into our new home, the color scheme was just not our style, yellow walls everywhere. Once again, the crew came out and walked through everything we wanted to do. In the end, the entire home, ceiling, walls, doors and trim were all painted. We have ceilings ranging from 10’-20’ tall and everything came out amazing. They also did an epoxy floor in the garage. Our new home looks fantastic! I would not hesitate to use their services again. They were done on time, Anthony communicated well and the crew arrived every day for an early morning start.     Alejandro "Alex" Gonzalez with Alamo Door Specialist was hired through Lowe's to install our front door. He was excessively late and kept saying how great he is at installing doors. He also criticized Lowes and said Home Depot is better. He broke the brick step in two places below our door and said "wouldn't you like it removed?" Um...no. Then "patched" it with caulk. Within 2 days, our door was crooked and hitting the frame as it closed. I have sent multiple messages with pictures. He is refusing to answer or fix the door. There is also a screw that is stripped, and another that is missing. Not only will I NOTP recommend him, I will make sure other's are aware of his bad workmanship and customer service

Once we decided to proceed, vendor's employee arrived at designed time to remove door and replace with a temporary. We were told the work would take 1 week, and it did. We got a call on the morning of the day door was to be returned, and the employee arrived at the appointed time. The quality of the work was excellent.     Insulation Works was exceptional and LOCAL! The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They wore disposable shoe covers to protect the floor, provided me with before & after pictures of their work, and their price was affordable. I chose Insulation Works over another company that had also provided a bid because Insulation Works took the time to explain the insulation differences between spray & foam, they did NOT have a random salesperson representing theIr company, and Insulation Works also took the extra step of sealing the doorframes to maximize temperature control inside my older home.
