    All I can say is that I only use William Birchard remodeling. I use to bid out work and found that BJ and his team gave me complete bids and explained fully any possible areas of concern that might require additional work and the cost to perform that additional work. When BJ and his Crews come in, they start then they say the will start and finish either a little ahead of right on the pre-established schedule agreed upon. As far as design guidance and assistance, his interior designer Jen is amazing. She listens to what you want, designs what you want and gives you amazing spaces. Do yourself a favor and call William Birchard remodeling for your next project

    Mike did an awesome job on every project he did for me. I had let a lot of things go, and he did an excellent job restoring them, such as the gate and shed siding. My dishwasher, which I had installed by a plumber over a year ago, never drained correctly. Mike figured out what was wrong right away and fixed it. He determined the cause of the leaking faucet in the laundry room. He suggested replacing the posts instead of buying a new faucet to save me money. During the time he worked with me, he presented different options to me to help me save money, which was very much appreciated. He was always punctual. If an emergency came up with another client, which only happened once, he contacted me as soon as he knew to reschedule our appointment. He was always very courteous and professional. When he made suggestions, he was not pushy and encouraged me to make the decision. Mike was neat and orderly and didn't have loud music blaring while he worked, which I've experienced with other handymen. I have other projects that I need to have done, and I will be using Mike for those projects, as well. It is so unusual to find a gem like Mike that I can't say enough positive things about him

    They arrived on time. They knew what they were doing. While i had a large "to-do list" they suggest doing the columns on the front porch first. The columns were rotting at the base and were just flowing only attached to the top. They fasten all the columns to the concrete by adding a new base plate. After the job was completed you couldn't tell the old from the new. Because they were such knowledgeable professional the help me prioritize my "to-do list". I will hire them back. They clean-up the front so you couldn't tell they were there but ik felt a little safer and happier

    We got four (4) bids, and decided to go with Denis and his company, Corvus Construction, based on his presentation and professional manner. Written bid was detailed and thorough. From project start to finish, the work was of the highest quality. Denis, Max and Paul always arrived on time, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. What was very important to us was good communication as the project progressed, and Denis always delivered on that front. He encouraged us to call him if we had any questions (and we did, of course). He was always very patient and explained things in detail. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen, and will definitely use Corvus for future projects

Before construction started BJ and Jennifer had some fantastic ideas for some things that me and my wife were unsure about. Really, can't say enough good things about them. They did a wonderful job with every aspect of our remodel. Every one of the workers was a pleasure to be around and have them in our home.     BJ and his helper worked for several days on this big project. Of course there's always a glitch somewhere and ours was the cracked flange on the shower drain. After renting a jackhammer and chiseling out the shower floor, BJ was as close as I've seen him to being in a dark mood--but his usually sunny personality took over and the rest of the install was uneventful. At his suggestion, he installed an overhead rain shower fixture with all the plumbing and valving to go with it. We had many laughs about that shower, and my wife's application of some homemade treats made him "all's well with the world." We enjoy our new bathrooms immensely with their quality workmanship

    My husband and I first met Abby Feb 2020 when we were planning to get our kitchen redone July 2020; however, we chose to wait due to personal issues. We got back in touch with Abby May 2021. Abby visited our property again to remeasure (since we chose a difference footprint) and show us some new cabinet designs that had been released since our last meeting. We opted for a newer cabinet design, which was thankfully cheaper, kept the color we had previously chosen, and the hardware we had previously chosen. The new cabinet design still included the soft close feature we were so excited to install. Abby was so helpful in achieving the changes we desired while maximizing cabinet space. Abby’s 3D rendering was amazingly helpful in visualizing what the kitchen would look like. The down payment was easily completed through email. Abby was very helpful in maintaining communication on when our cabinets would arrive, when we should have our kitchen demo-ed by (we opted to do that ourselves), and when we should have our granite guy install (we did not use their preferred granite vendor). Abby even warned us that we should discuss whether we want to demo the kitchen a week earlier if we believe there might be damage behind the existing cabinets. Our house has had damage behind fixtures, so we decided to follow Abby’s advice and were glad we did for multiple reasons. We absolutely needed that extra week to repair the issues the builder left since they were hidden by cabinets. Thank goodness for Abby’s thoughtful warning. We were not affected by the supply chain issues since our cabinets came from Atlanta, GA. They were on time and Abby communicated their ETA every step of the way. We had no issues with scheduling an install date. James showed up to install our cabinets and we couldn’t have been happier. There were a few hiccups: missing small pieces, the coloring on a few trim pieces was no the best, etc. but James was so amazing and patient with us while we troubleshot how to correct those hiccups. One of the largest hurdles was that the handyman who corrected our walls was not mindful of the level of the wall. So, it was sticking out a bit too much, which threw off the cabinet placement by half an inch. James was so patient while we called another handyman to correct the wall. The concern was that we wouldn’t be able to get the install done in two days due to the hiccup, but James focused no other aspects of the install instead so he didn’t lose any time. If you can pick your installer, ask for James. He is so patient, kind, and understanding. I even called Abby later to sing James’ praises. Two face plates for our sink cabinets were missing from the box, but those were totally aesthetic and served no real purpose. Abby said she would email the vendor and they would arrive in a couple weeks. It was not a big deal; small pieces go missing. We were able to move on with the granite install after James finished. Abby set up an appointment for someone to install the pieces when they arrived. The two pieces arrived on time, looked great, and were installed with no hassle. The installer even had a shop vac and vacuumed up the dust from the drilling. I cannot say enough good things about Kitchen AZ and Abby’s team. I am so glad we found them and that we hired them to complete out kitchen. We shopped around A LOT before we decided on Kitchen AZ and we are so glad we did. I have no doubts we would have been left wanting if we hired anyone else. If I had to do it again, I would hire Kitchen AZ in a heartbeat. Thanks Abby and James! So many people have horror stories of kitchen installs and I so pleased to say that we cannot relate. This experience was a walk in the park and our finished kitchen looks fantastic

This was not a customer centered response, and doesn't engender trust. An additional issue was the request for full amount in cash, which makes the company's going concern questionable. Strongly suggest looking at other highly rated vendors

    Before I left the Angie's List website after requesting 3 quotes to replace a garage door spring that had just broken, Green Valley Garage Doors was calling me on the phone, (on a Sunday afternoon) asking what they could help me with. They had an A rating with virtually all extremely positive reviews. The quoted price seemed reasonable and I was told a representative would be at my house at 9:00 Monday morning and I agreed to have them do the job. Gavin arrived on time the next day and was very professional, completed the job and also fully serviced the garage door. Was very pleased with their service and definitely will contact them in the future if I need additional service for the garage door. Also, the new spring has a 3-year warranty. Price charged was the same as I was quoted over the phone
