    Overall a great experience! Got an appointment for two days after calling, which was better than expected. Thy worked well with me to find a time to come when I could get off work. Work was performed promptly and professionally. Took only about 1 hour and some change to rekey 6 locks and copy some keys. They weren't particularly cheap, but you get what you pay for, I guess

    Melinda came and thoroughly looked at all our issues and was able to do everything - and in every case better then I thought possible as the house is built in 1908 and has had some unusual things done over the years. She offered the solutions to problems in an organized and clear way, kept me apprised when things shifted. She spent a lot time here, problem solving and working, clearly not someone who goes the easy way to a solution but enjoys and is an able problem solver

    They were amazing. They came right out. When I called them Tuesday morning they were out that afternoon. They are honest people. Its a family business that has been in business almost 30 years. Very trusting. Very knowledgeable in what they do. My car keys were also stolen. the dealership was going to cost me 1200$ to re-key my car. They referred me to a man. He did my ignition key, door key, and reprogramed my laser cut computer chip key for 200$. Every thing was excellent

She noticed that some of our indoor doors weren't closing well and fixed those without being asked.     If I could give them 100 stars I would!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ To say they SAVED our family vacation would be an understatement! We were out of town, stranded on the side of the road with 4 kids, 3 dogs, and a camper, and desperate! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ A+ was actually recommended to us by a whole different auto shop— one explanation of our situation and they knew A+ would be the ones to help us! One call to A+ and they helped to get our truck towed to the shop and rolled right into the bay ASAP! Even offered to help get the camper towed if we couldn’t get the truck back on the road same day. They Kept in contact with us via text till the very end of our experience and I don’t think they’ll ever truly know how much they helped to put myself and my husband at ease! We were able to get back on the road and enjoy every moment of our vaca! And cost..... well let’s just say he probably could’ve charged me way more and I wouldn’t have known otherwise.     I moved into a new home and needed to have 2 doorknobs replaced, 3 doors rekeyed and a deadbolt installed. Alabama Lock and Key charged me an excessive $805.50. It took them several weeks to come back to complete the job after ordering parts and then only after repeated phone calls. My advice is that if you insist on using this company, get a firm quote up front

Since he is a mobile service he came to the house and made a new key to the car. After checking to make sure the new key (and the old key) worked he left. Very pleasant experience

    I would give them no stars if it were an option. I called on a Monday morning to have a new key made for my car. After three and a half hours of the locksmith unsuccessfully programming the key, she told me that she would come back later in the afternoon, and charged me a $275 deposit. Not only did she not come back on Monday, she never showed on Tuesday, either. I have scheduled appointments every single day of this week, only to be stood up. I have called multiple times, only to be told that they will call me back. (Which has not happened.) I had to purchase a rental car for the week, and I don’t know what I would have done if I didn’t work from home. This company no-showed on me every single day for an entire work week. Update- TWO WEEKS later, of calling every three hours every day and not ever hearing back from one of their locksmith technicians, they tell me that they are unable to make my key. If they would’ve just said that in the first place, instead of forcing me to stay home all day, every day with no response, I couldn’t taken my business elsewhere. I have been nothing but polite, courteous, and probably WAY too understanding in this situation. Today, after over thirty phone calls with these people, I had to resort to hollering because the “customer service” woman named Sandy REFUSED to listen to me and hear me out so that we could come up with a plan of action. Instead, she continued to blow me off and talk over me, and even after all of that, STILL doesnt know the reason I called in the first place. This is, by far, the most unprofessional business I have EVER been in contact with. Do yourself a favor and don’t even call
