My washing machine was stopping between the rinse and spin cycles, and would no longer work. I called Gunn, and they came out within a few hours. The technician arrived within the specified time frame, and got to work right away. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He also told me how to avoid the same problem in the future. He was friendly and professional throughout. My only "complaint" is that I think this particular repair was overpriced -- based on the part that was replaced and the amount of time it took to replace it. However, this will not necessarily prevent me from using them again in the future. I have used them previously to fix my dryer, and had no complaints what-so-ever.

showed up on time, was a pleasant guy, and figured out my problem quickly... didn't need any parts and took only about 20 mins, but still had to charge me $95 for visit (that was his minimum service charge fee, and it was probably a bit of a drive for him to my house, so I didn't mind paying it).
