Dear Colleagues,
Would you be so kind to tell how to turn off the 2FA on account because I lost access to authentication app. I can access the account using cell phone pass recovery but I cannot turn 2FA without the code from app (or using of sms pass code as an option). There is no specific FAQ on the issue.

Kaspersky recommends setting up authenticator apps on multiple devices to maintain access if one of the devices is unavailable
