The Software Development Platform is responsible for the cutting edge of continuous integration and delivery systems that Apple’s developers utilize to build, test and deploy their code. - Have a passion for enabling people to do their best work and a laser-focus on the end-user experience.
- Have designed developer tools on web pages, command lines, and/or APIs.
- Have a good understanding of Kubernetes and/or other Cloud Native technologies.
Description
YOU MIGHT WORK ON... - Designing websites, CLIs, APIs, SDKs, and client libraries for our internal cloud platform. - Running user studies, designing experiments, and eliciting requirements from a variety of sources, including qualitative and quantitative data. - Simplifying the path from zero to prod for our developers, abstracting their intent from irrelevant implementation details. - Improving developers’ access to relevant information about their systems, including alerts, logs, traces, and metrics. - Designing developer facing tooling to define and deploy applications across multiple cloud environments. - Collaborating with internal developers to understand their needs and designing the tools that will match them.
