Developed the AirBeam Scheduler, an exclusive Field Service Management Solution
Codup engineered the solution from scratch, making sure that the front and back-ends of the solution were built according to client specifications. Through our effort, Airbeam was able to integrate all its field service technicians into a single unit.
Developed customer engagement solutions for Dyson using the Freshworks platform
To engage their customers at a deeper level, Codup built two applications for Dyson. In the first one, we created a Freshsales application that allowed users to submit a survey directly through SMS. The data collected from the survey was saved in a Freshdesk application.
