We use SalesPanda as a digital marketing tool to help our clients with their multi-tiered marketing campaigns – primarily through email, which generates content through landing pages. It also helps them track and analyze leads to determine user interest and what posts generate the most clicks. It's really helped our client get a better understanding of where their traffic is going and where it is split.

Pros and Cons

They offer a free trial – I know this sounds pretty basic, but not all software offers that. Especially in a market saturated with marketing campaign software, this is a HUGE plus.
SalesPanda offers training through online webinars – there isn't a need to go searching around on YouTube if you don't understand something. Additional plus!
Their customer support is top-notch. If we ever ran into an issue, we were never on hold for longer than a couple of minutes. Excellent attention to customer care.

We didn't like that SalesPanda came as an entire package (which can be pricey). It would be nice if you could purchase different parts of it separately.
There's no A/B testing. This is something others offer that SalesPanda doesn't.
While customer service is great, their business hours are a little wonky. I'd prefer to have 24/7 customer care rather than 8-5.

Likelihood to Recommend

SalesPanda is great. It's a multifaceted user-friendly platform to find your target market, determine interest, and help drive your market. I've reviewed a LOT of software on this same platform and while I can sing the praises of this all day, it's not much different from the other software that's already readily available. I will say this is great for a mid-size agency, as there's no option to purchase separate components separately, and that can be a bit pricey.

What is SalesPanda?

SalesPanda is an inbound marketing software aimed at small businesses.

According to the vendor, the product helps users:

Users can create marketing collateral with a content editor and editable templates, and share them with the customer base using e-mail or social media. SalesPanda's engagement windows allow users to interact with website visitors. Once leads are captured, users can then follow up with them.
