    The hardest thing about this moment for me is knowing that there are so many George Floyds out there. It's hard to keep up. Just found out about Elijah McClain. Murdered by police for dancing down the street. Someone called 911 saying he looked "sketchy". This was in August 2019.

    Disgraceful scenes in Glasgow tonight. Racist thugs shame Scotland. If they break the law, they should face the full force of it. And all of us should unite to say that welcoming refugees and asylum seekers is part of who we are.

    I've always wondered if there are a lot of cases of women being attacked in bathrooms by men sneakily dressing as women in order to plan the perfect attack. Aren't there simpler methods that are used on, like, a daily basis?

    We must do better to keep women safe from violent men. But he idea that a violent man would go before a court & legally change his gender to Some Like it Hot his way into women bathrooms instead of, IDK just going into the bathroom is laughably stupid & hijacks the conversation.

    Police officers are also paid for the risk they (willingly) take on. I'm under the impression that we don't extend that same courtesy to people who endure risk based on skin colour.

    is trending in the UK? You TAKE OFF that uniform at some point in the day, I am black 24/7 365 for the rest of my life. Don’t do this.

    Simple questions: What mechanism is there for people anywhere in the UK to request a statue be removed? When was any statue in the UK last removed using such a mechanism? Unless you have simple answers, don’t be surprised by today‘s events.
