Is Amazon Pharmacy right for me?
Amazon Pharmacy is for customers 18 years and older, and works best if you fill at least one prescription regularly.
If you’re getting a prescription from us for the first time, we recommend using your current pharmacy for urgent medications like antibiotics or medications you’ll run out of this week.

If you take multiple daily medications, we also offer PillPack by Amazon Pharmacy, a service that sorts your medication into packets by date and time. To learn more about PillPack, go to amazon.com/pillpack.

How do I sign up?
Signing up for Amazon Pharmacy is simple — and should take about 5 minutes. We’ll ask questions about you, your medications, your health history, and more. We recommend having the following information handy to get started:

Any insurance information: We work with most US insurance plans. When you sign up, we'll look up your insurance for you — or you can enter it manually. You can also use Amazon Pharmacy without insurance.

A list of medications you take regularly (if you do): If you don't take any medications regularly or don’t have all your medications handy, don't worry. You can always add these details later.
Where do you deliver?
We currently serve 46 US states. We’re not yet available in Hawaii, Illinois, Kentucky, or Louisiana. If you signed up for our waitlist, you’ll be notified as soon as we’re available in your area.
Do you take my insurance?
Amazon Pharmacy accepts most insurance plans. When you sign up, we can look up your insurance information for you, or you can enter the information yourself. Then when you request a prescription, we'll check to see if Amazon Pharmacy is covered by your plan. You can also choose to use Amazon Pharmacy without insurance—whether you have coverage or not, we’ll show you the copay price with insurance and the lowest price without insurance, including any savings for Amazon Prime members.
How do I request a prescription?
You can request a new prescription as part of signing up for the service. You can also contact your prescriber directly. Here’s some information about us that your prescriber may ask for:
