In 2014, after years of positive growth, we launched MAPS Public Benefit Corporation (MAPS PBC)—our sister in psychedelic research. The goal of MAPS PBC is to catalyze healing and well-being through psychedelic drug development, therapist training programs, and, ultimately, the sales of prescription psychedelics. MAPS PBC, a wholly owned subsidiary of MAPS, prioritizes patients over profit and is driven by core values that promote sustainability, accountability, transparency, and equitable access to care.

We Stand Firm in Our Roots
Since 1986, MAPS has been guided by the same aspirational beacons that, to this day, continue to inform our path forward. By integrating the past and embodying our shared values in the present, we are actively co-creating a future that honors every individual’s right to heal. Our decades-long history of perseverance in the face of fear-based stigma reveals our radical commitment to pursuing our vision with balance, accountability, and integrity.
