    Order Processing And Cancellation

    Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 7:00pm US CT (Central Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. Shopbop will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.

    Refunds are issued for missed guaranteed shipments and will be processed by Shopbop within 7 business days. Please allow your financial institution an additional 7 to 10 business days to post to your account.

    Please note: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

    Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on Shopbop, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as in your shipping confirmation.

  • Gift Services

    If you have chosen to purchase gift-boxing for your order, we will wrap your items in tissue paper and place them in a structured, white box featuring Shopbop's signature logo.     Returns Window

    We updated the parameters of our returns window to make things easier. Our returns window now begins when your order is received and ends when returns are handed off to your carrier. This prevents any carrier delays from impacting your returns. Further, we have implemented new safety practices in our returns center.
