A1 Windows & DoorsI took a photo of the windows & measurements & submitted all of that online to A1 Windows & Doors. They gave me a price & I agreed to an in person estimate & measurement. I signed their agreement & put 1/2 of the estimate down & my windows were ordered on October 9, 2020 , and were installed November 23, 2020. The installers were on time & were clean, courteous & professional. They totally cleaned up everything, and I cannot express how pleased i am with the finished product.- JoAnn M.

A1 Windows & DoorsWent great and was a great experience from the sales man to the installation. The salesman wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to up sell us but listened to our needs and reasons for updating. We replaced all our windows that were the original 40 year old aluminum single pane, the original sliding glass door, and had a storm door replaced with a solid door. The installation team was very professional, courteous, and the workmanship looks flawless.- Andrew C.

Morgan Exteriors IncThe windows are fine but I priced a bit high. The instillation crew consisted of two men, the older one being the boss who constantly berated the younger man for not working faster, the crew should have had at least three men to do the job safely due to the weight of the larger windows. As they prepared to leave we had to remind them to finish chalking one of the windows and I wanted a new screen to replace one that was made too big and forced into place, I also asked them to wash the windows as promised, they said the next crew would finish, cleanup, install the new screen and wash the windows, after they were gone I found moulding that had been poorly installed. The cleanup crew brought a correctly sized screen and tried to correct moulding issue which I actually had to finish myself, they also informed me that washing the windows was not their job and should have been done by the instillation crew so we of course did that too. I had to repeatedly call Morgan to find out when the cleanup crew would arrive and the new screen would be installed. If I hire Morgan again I will withhold at least half the payment as long as I have to until I have had time to make sure the job is completely satisfactory, I should have known better, that was my fault.- Joseph C.

Karoly went above and beyond to insure our needs were met and questions and concerns addressed. The office staff was extremely professional and responsive. When they couldn't answer a question they would refer it to Karoly and he would get back to us. The installation team worked efficiently and did a good job cleaning up after they were done. Over 2 dozen windows and doors were installed to our satisfaction with the exception of two which had minor manufacturers defects. Karoly's staff worked with the manufacturer to order replacement windows and they were installed soon after they were received. The sales rep and the presentation at first was fine but it changed rather quickly. The sales rep had a new hire with him and instead of letting the new hire engage he actually talked down to him. Also the sales rep put down his own company from time to time. For example “Yeah, I can’t reach anyone they all must be playing golf.” “Yup, Mr. Morgan is too busy to answer, probably it concerned over how much money he’s making.” At the end of the sales pitch my husband and I were honest and said we need to talk it over and compare other companies. The sales rep instead acknowledging that kept pushing for us to sign the contract. In fact the sales rep went as far lowering the original price to almost half if we signed and did unpaid free advertising. I have never had a sales rep continue to push to the point were it became negative. His voice was getting louder at the same time. At the end he turned to his new hire and said some where on the lines of “These people aren’t serious, this happens sometimes.” We are very serious about new windows and want to make sure we are getting the best quality for our money. We also will not jump to spend a few grand because a window purchase can be the same amount as buying a car. My husband and I wanted to weigh all of our options prior to moving forwards. We will not be moving forwards with Morgan Exteriors. I understand making a sale is important but it is ok to let a potential client think it over.

Staff was kind and considerate. Installer did a good job. However, when Mr Karoly did the estimate I told him I wanted to used my current door knobs. After installation my handles where too large to be used on the inside without scaping everyones knuckles on the other door when opening and closing. A friend of mine scraped his knuckle, it could have been more serious issue. When he did the quote it seems like he should have known the handle was too large. I had to buy a new inside handle. Thankfully I was able to find one to fit after research.

I never give reviews but this company is outstanding! The contractor was Keith Powers and he was great. The crew that they had send out did a wonderful job, they're meticulous and they did great job. My neighbors have commented that they were impressed with the company and the work that was being done. I'm extremely satisfied! I never ever give reviews, never ever but this company deserves it. I highly recommend them! They were so clean, they picked up everything and I can't find anything wrong. Everything was done to perfection. I've got a 50 year warranty on my roof and if it sold to anew owner it is transferrable.

We highly recommend Karoly Windows and Doors. They did careful, quality work and were easy to communicate with. They were flexible and worked with us to schedule a good time to measure the windows at our home and then gave us a detailed quote, including options and recommendations. They replaced 14 windows and 2 doors in our home and everything went very well. When we had problems with the blinds inside the door window, they were very responsive. Excellent. The sales pitch was not pushy, and the salesman, administrators, and installers, worked very well together as a team. The job was not messy as I'd envisioned; the installers were orderly and cleaned up well.
