  Initially, we had a date scheduled a few weeks back, but the manager called me that morning and told me that they needed to reschedule (as they were short a crew that day). On the rescheduled day, I called the office to check what time they were coming, and the office manager told me he had gotten the job sites mixed up and sent the crew to the wrong site that day. But he apologized and rescheduled me for the next business day. Once the crew arrived, they were very professional, and they did a full walkthrough with me to make sure that they were 100% clear on the work that needed to be done. From this point on, the experience was great. The crew did an awesome job working through challenges, and they had great communication throughout the process. It was a little frustrating having to reschedule multiple times, but I was really pleased with the work that was done. The crew did a really great job with all three sections (and the gates). I would definitely recommend their services for any/all future projects

  Three Rivers removed our old, decaying, multi-level cedar decks (1345 sq ft) and replaced with beautiful, low-maintenance Trex composite decking with contrasting trim and Alumarail railing. Very nice work throughout! We really appreciate the attention to detail, such as the perfect picture framing and mitered railing end caps. The pressure-treated Doug Fir framing, with 6" main posts and concrete footers, is a definite improvement. Using beefy main beams allowed them to reduce the clutter under the stairs, improving the view and traffic pattern underneath. Clever! Thanks, Matt, Pancho and crew for a great job! All in all, a great upgrade to modern materials that maintains the character of our older home

  All Natural Additions were great to work with. Hardworking crew and great to have around throughout a 3 week project. They did high quality work for a pretty complicated fence job with some narrow spaces and drastic terrain, and navigated respectfully around a family visit in the middle. We're thrilled with the result and get compliments on the new fence all the time. Would definitely hire again. Just one word of advice (don't take it personally), is to deal with Myles as much as you can. Joe leaves you with the vibe of a used car salesman. Myles is the kind of guy you feel good about doing business with. Regardless, together they do great work

  Called on Monday and made an appointment with Phillip for Thursday 9:00. Thursday morning came and he hadn't arrived by 9:00. He called at 9:32 and said he had a car accident when he stopped by Home Depot. Said his car wasn't drivable but would keep in touch and let me know when he knew more. Didn't hear anything all day. I called him back in the afternoon but had to leave voicemail asking him to call me. Sent an email with the list of projects and asked if he could come Friday. I have to have the repairs fixed by Saturday. Friday morning I call again and leave another message. He called while i was on the phone and left a message telling me his phone was broken and he didn't get the message. He's too busy today (Friday) but perhaps he *might* be able to come Saturday morning. I immediately called back and got voicemail. Asked him to call me asap. It's now 7 hrs later and I've not heard from him. I had to find an emergency handyman to come tomorrow morning at 2X the rate because it's Saturday
