    The Royal team did a good job and their services were appreciated. Our family had to reschedule our initial appointment but we gave advanced notice and Daniel was able to help update our appointment, no problem. They’re a small business handling the challenges of a growth spurt but they still made time to communicate any delays / adjustments on the day of the job and arrived as planned. The team worked hard and organized the removal accordingly. We experienced light rain that day and they maintained smiles and great attitudes. We had some flexibility that day in our schedule so we weren’t concerned about an end time. The work didn’t take too long to complete, they were handling other jobs that day that resulted in them having to reallocate some truck resources to complete our job but that wasn’t a problem for us and the work was completed in a few hours. We recommend them and plan on using them again. If you are looking to hire the team but you’re working under specific start & end time constraints just be sure you clarify that upfront, the owner is easy to work with and I’m sure he’ll work with you to help meet your needs if he can. Also, remember they’re a small business that’s growing right now, which is great and may present challenges at times but Daniel and his team work hard to navigate through those challenges without impact to the client. We wanted a complete overhaul of our backyard with pool, patio, walkways, pavilion, decking, fencing, privacy, plantings, lighting, etc. We very much enjoyed the design process with Diana and could not be happier with the plan she came up with. John and his team were always quick to respond throughout the design and construction process, very willing to make adjustments (increased patio, added plantings in buffer, side yard and front yard, re-worked drainage swale outside fence, etc.) and brought the plan to life in a well-executed and timely fashion. The crew was professional, hardworking and took great care accessing the site through the common area of our subdivision. We are very happy with how everything came together and look forward to enjoying our beautiful new space! I highly recommend Gardens of the Carolinas and will use them again for my future landscaping needs

    These guys are great! We had a big dead oak behind our house that was dangerously close to our house and our neighbor’s. They predicted that the job would take from 8:00 to 10:00 am. They arrived exactly on time and finished up at 10:01. It was like watching a ballet. Each man had his job and did it efficiently. A man in the tree coordinated with the crane operator and the crew on the ground to get the big tree down with no collateral damage. And they cleaned up meticulously afterward.
