    They got back to us right away. The sales team was good and brought various options to help us make a decision on the product. The crew was good, profiessional, respectful and curtious. Their workmanship was excellant. And they were very good at cleaning up after themselves. I made a comment that my garage floor that they used was cleaner when they left than before they started.     We reached out to Adam for deck repair estimates and he was able to come out the next day to give us a quote. We ended up hiring him to take care of a number of other repairs/renovations we are doing in our house as well. Unlike several other contractors we contacted, Adam was incredibly responsive, followed up immediately, communicated effectively, and was even willing to help us on very short notice (we got lucky bc we caught him between jobs/vacation). He and Pat did great work fixing a number of broken doors + raising our kitchen cabinets, and both me and my husband were impressed by how efficiently they got the jobs done. We are eager to have them come back to complete our other projects soon, and we will definitely be contacting them in the future for any other jobs we need

    Tim was absolutely great to work with! He communicated with us a ton during the planning and purchasing phases and daily every time he was working on our projects. He was up front and fair about costs and true to his estimates. He also did some on-site coordination with the people installing our sidewalk pavers which we didn’t ask for but was much appreciated. He left the project sites clean and ready to use, and made sure we were well informed about the permitting process, the steps he would take during construction and what materials he was using. He’s the perfect guy for some of those projects that aren’t super big but might be bigger than you want to tackle. Absolutely will be contacting him again for all of our handyman needs

They have kept our heating and cooling costs down. I did not feel pressure to purchase more than I needed at the time. Mad City windows were made for this area and specific to the weather of the Northwoods so that was a definite plus.
