    My wife and I wanted to get some badly needed work done on our house that we've been putting off for a while. That included trim replacement in the form of of fascia and window trim. We also needed a ton of work on our back porch to get rid of wood rot that was in large part due to the roofing on our back porch. Also, the gutters needed cleaning out, sealing, and we needed gutter guards added to them. And last but not least, we had the house repainted externally. Jamie and his crew were fantastic. He was very easy to work with and talk to about the work that needed to be done from the start. I had a lot of ideas myself, and he was able to steer me in the right direction with what needed to be done. That might sound unimportant, but I could have spent a lot more money doing things that really didn't need to be done in his estimation. His reasoning was sound, and I appreciated that. That spoke integrity to me from the start. A big winner in my mind. So, I would recommend Jamie and his crew 100% on that alone. When I got the estimate, I was pleasantly surprised at the bottom line. I believe his cost to be very reasonable, which again speaks volumes to me about that man I'm dealing with. They had a lot of work scheduled ahead of us. Jamie was up front and in communication with me every step of the way, and he kept me in the loop on what was happening from the beginning. Even with the rain that we had in October which was supposed to push things back (as it does with an outside job), he ended up squeezing us in at least a week ahead of time. The work was just as consistent and excellent as everything else that we experienced. He used quality materials (which he suggested during our walk around). They were here at 9am and worked until 6pm or later everyday. The crew was friendly, respectful, and worked hard. No loafing here. Jamie was here everyday - sometimes more than once per day - and went over things as they were done to insure the quality of the work. He took care of a few things that came up along the way too either by discovery or by request. They didn't even break stride. He even took care of some drywall work we needed that was added at the last minute due to a squirrel invading our MB wall (which we had to cut open). It looks like nothing ever happened. Jamie even came back to due a couple of small things that I didn't notice until after the work was completed. Those things actually turned out to be nothing wrong at all. However, Jamie went ahead and took care of those few little items just to help out. No sweat - no arguments - he came out and took care of that himself. I would HIGHLY recommend Jamie and his crew at Encompass Contracting for any work that you need done to your house. If we need any additional work I'll be calling Jamie in a second. I've recommended Jamie to multiple folks. He is very personable and a man of integrity. I can't say enough good things about our experience. Thank you so much for your hard work. My wife and I are so pleased, and we will definitely be able to get a good ROI on our investment with Jamie and Encompass Contracting

    I am very please with the work done and the responsiveness of the team. Dewayne Ivey was my Project Manager. Work was started and completed as promised. There were a few issues, and when I spoke with Dewayne about them, he sent someone immediately out to fix or repair. Soon after my siding was installed, I started to grill out and melted my siding. I asked to have someone come out. Tim Smith came and repair the problem I created at no charge. I just can't say enough about this team. Keep up the excellent work!!

    I worked with AEM construction to finish our basement. Throughout this process we received 5+ quotes and I was most comfortable with the quote we received from AEM. The way the quote worked was AEM would provide all the standard construction materials, (drywall, doors recessed lights etc.) but we would provide the flooring/tile/vanity/toilet/ceiling fans etc. The whole process to finish our basement took approximately 2 months (with a delay caused by the county which was out of their hands) to finish approximately 1800 square feet. Communication with AEM went well. Jennell and Arnoldo were very accommodating throughout the process. We worked out an established billing cycle which made the process easy. Additionally, any changes from the plan they worked with us; the only changes from the quote were for items that we asked them to change and I believe they were appropriately priced. Additionally, Arnoldo and team helped install cabinets which was a huge help. Lastly, I will say the workers that were with AEM were very respectful and had great attitudes. We had a large project – they worked with me and we asked them to do additional work because of the quality of their work (Deck Repair & speaker wiring). I can’t speak highly enough of this team

    Our first project with Superior Pro was to repair and paint our two-story chimney. The original siding was composite boards that the birds kept making nests in. We had it repaired twice before but kept having problems. Superior Pro had an incredibly fair estimate to replace the siding with true HardiePlank, replace the corner boards, seal everything, and paint. They were done in one day, and we haven't had a problem since. More recently, we needed to paint the rest of our house including some minor wood repairs. Tim was great coming out to discuss and estimate the project. He was very open and honest with recommendations not only for them but work he recommended our normal contractor did before they started work. (mainly repairs to some of our siding) Superior Pro sent out another technician to verify the work and estimate prior to scheduling. They were able to give us paint match options so we wouldn't need HOA approval. Unfortunately, we ran into a snag on our end to be able to start the project. They do offer interest-free financing through Greensky Financial, but we needed to postpone the project. When I called, they understood completely and canceled without issue.     After much research and several bids, we selected Siding of Atlanta to take care of several tasks on our 28-year old home. Randy Cox, the owner, was very professional and extremely accommodating throughout the process which was complicated by the impact of the coronavirus outbreak. The lengthy process of replacing all siding, two garage doors, the chimney pan, adding a chimney shroud, and doing all the exterior painting, mixed in with replacing all windows by a different contractor, was a difficult scheduling process. Randy dealt with every complication, easing our anxiety. We can't say enough about his willingness to communicate with us and accommodate our desires along the way. We were impressed with the siding and painting crews. They did meticulous work, repaired damaged wood when found (especially on the chimney), and allowed us to make changes when we felt they were necessary. Painting the brick front of the house, a nervous decision for us, turned out to be spectacular. While work on the chimney pan and shroud, as well as replacing the garage doors, was done by subcontractors, we were impressed with their work and appreciated that we didn't have to find the contractors ourselves. All in all, we are very happy with the transformation of the exterior of our 28-year old home. Several of our neighbors in the subdivision have stopped by to comment.
