Frank came our home the day I called to access our broken door and offer us alternatives. He kept a great secret, our children gifted us the new garage door for Christmas as a surprise. My son Kevin had used F2 and initiated the execution of the surprise. The turnaround time was amazing, the workmanship by Dan exceptional, the quality unsurpassed and we could not be happier! Thank you F4 for the great work and all my children for making this Christmas present that keeps on giving for years to come

    Samuel was extremely thorough throughout the entire process and informing us of arrival times etc. He came out as our first quote for a new garage door system, our second quote came out a few hours later the same day. Samuel impressed us with product, his pitch was straight forward and not pushy and his pricing was so incredibly reasonable compared to the quote we were getting second that I text Samuel while the second quote company was still in our home writing a quote for a ridiculous $498 more than Samuel’s quote at Above and Beyond LLC. The second quote was also for a straight steel door with no insulation and it did not include an outside keypad or car remote. Samuel installed the whole system, plus a car remote and outside keypad and the door was insulated and backed! He also guarantees his work for a full year which the other big companies I made quote appointments with did not offer. It only gets better, Samuel is a Jack of all Trades!!…We originally hired him for a complete replacement of our garage door system. However, upon seeing we were under full remodel of a 1960’s home and the more we all talked we found out he can do so much more: I.e. drywall, painting, tree trimming, cutdown and removal etc I can’t even remember all he does to list it here but he has some mad skills! That same day we hired him to put up green board and finish drywall in our kitchen and bath. We could not pass up his experience since he had been doing drywall etc with his dad since he was a kid. His experience plus his extremely reasonable hourly pricing was a package deal we hired that day for more work and he started it that same day

    Of our garage doors was not opening smoothly, and often caught on the track on its way up. After procrastinating for far too long, I finally decided to call someone to get it fixed. First call was to Wright Door. Within an hour of my initial phone call, a technician was at my house. He immediately recognized the problem, gave me a cost estimate for much lower than what I had expected, and had the problem fixed within 45 minutes of his arrival. Now the door opens wonderfully. As he explained, Wright will never try and convince you the problem is bigger than what it is in order to have you spend more money than is necessary. Hopefully I won't have problems with the other door, but if I do, I'm calling this company again

    This could not have gone any worse. We wanted to replace the opener on our wall and the keypad outside. They asked what brand we had and we told them it was a Craftsman. The fist guy comes out and replaces the keypad outside. He left without testing it, and of course, it didn't work. Then, he didn't have a wall unit in his truck that was compatible with our opener, so instead of advising me of this, he simply installs what looks like a 1930s doorbell on my wall without even consulting me. They send the same guy out a second time, and he couldn't fix the keypad again. We thought that the third visit worked. They installed a new wall unit and outside keypad. About 9 days later, the wall unit starts flashing and beeping incessantly for no reason. When we called again, they wanted to charge us for an emergency visit if we wanted someone to come out urgently to shutoff the incessant sound. So, we are now scheduling a 4th visit. They either shouldn't be attempting to fix Craftsman products, or they should provide more training to their technicians, as 4 visits to fix a wall unit seems extremely unreasonable. This has been a nightmare

    Sam replied to a post needing a home cleaned out he worked about 7 hrs over two days and then pressured me to pay him telling me the job was done. I wanted to meet him at the property to look over but was t work and he knew I would not be able to get there sooner as I told him that the day before. I paid him as he requested trusting him but when I got to the job it was half done and he told me he would finish but never did. I asked for a refund of $250..00 since I had to pay more then that to hire someone else to finish the job he never refunded or replied and now he blocked me. you can see the entire conversation on Facebook ( Deals gone bad ) Do not pay till you see the job or you will just be taken advantage of and blocked

The office staff was always very pleasant, they were able to provide a bid from my description/information which saved us both time. Their price was the most reasonable I had found, and I was pleased with their responsiveness and educated questions so I decided to go with them. They were flexible and accommodating with scheduling, the technician Dale showed up within the time window, review the scope of work and cost, and efficiently did the job.
