We called / contacted them online, they were quick to schedule, had very fair pricing (in advance by phone & email), and emailed information with choices which suited our situation. Our door was very old and needed to be replaced. They were able to come quickly after the initial call to evaluate and measure for a new door. Much to our (very pleasant) surprise, when they came to measure for the new door, they quickly evaluated the old one, decided they could fix it, and saved us quite a bit of $. In the process, they have shown their integrity, customer service orientation, and have my loyalty.     Overall very well. I was able to book an appointment the same day, which was really nice. The window for the tech arrival was tight, and our responding technician, Bryson Kahue, was early in the window, which was nice. I received a reminder call (I missed it while mowing the lawn), and I also received a reminder text with Bryson’s picture. That is an excellent touch, it makes me feel like your company takes customer safety seriously. Bryson was quick but thorough. He offered us a detailed quote with several options, and walked me through each one. We will need a new door, and he didn’t try to upsell us on anything that wasn’t necessary. He gave sound advice on our options, went through the pros and cons of each, and was a trustworthy consultant. We’ll be going forward with work from Precision Door Service, and I would definitely recommend their services

Some one was there the next day and not only gave me an estimate, but helped get the door closed until they could get out with the new one. My old opener still worked ok so he suggested we use it again to save money as well as a couple of other things.
