In most metros, we offer same-day scheduled courier delivery of eligible in-stock items from an Apple Store. The two-hour delivery fee is $9. Subject to availability.

Whether you’re coming to the store or parking curbside, we’ll guide you through the pickup process step by step with emails and notifications. We’ll also send information about scheduling online personal sessions and returning trade-in devices.
Pick up your online order at the Apple Store. Experience our new products and shop for accessories. Temperature checks and face masks may be required.
Pick up your online order at an Express Pickup location at or near the Apple Store. You can pick up your items and be on your way. Available in select locations.
Pick up your online order without leaving your vehicle. Just park in a designated spot, let us know you’ve arrived, and we’ll bring your order right out. Available in selection locations.

For eligible products received between November 1, 2021 and December 25, 2021, you have until January 8, 2022 to initiate a return.
If you’d like to return an item, you can ship it back to us for free. Sign in to your online Order Status and choose to “Start a return”. You can also bring your return to the Apple Store. Learn about Apple Returns & Refunds
