    I have received three emails stating my renewal has failed. I have sent 3 emails to support regarding this issue … I have not received an answer to the problem.

    I have two clients using this software – both have the pro version. I do not know which client this renewal refers to.

    Would be great if you could please answer the email as I can’t contact support without logging into your system.
