Kaspersky error on Chrome WebStore

Even if I block the chrome webstore, my kid just reloads it and then it works just fine. I don’t understand! Can anybody help me with this?

  1. Does the Macbook meet KSK hardware & software requirements?
  2. Which KSK version is installed? 
  3. Is the “unable to block chrome webstore” issue new or has always existed? 
  4. Which browser does your child use? 
  5. Has the browser been reset to default?
  6. Do all other KSK blocked sites work as expected? 
  7. Has the issue been logged with Kaspersky customer service

  1. Yes.
  2. The latest.
  3. It’s always existed.
  4. Google Chrome.
  5. No.
  6. Other KSK blocked sites are blocked, no worries.
  7. No, my issue hasn’t been logged with Kaspersky customer service.

  1. Log the issue with Kaspersky customer service, on the support page, scroll down, select either Chat or Email, support may request Logs, Traces & other data, they will guide you. 
  2. If selecting Chat option, we recommend you receive a copy of the chat transcript, make sure you fill in your email address AFTER the chat is activated by the Chat agent & complete the Verify your email address email AFTER the chat completes.
