- Which KSK version is installed?
- Is the “unable to block chrome webstore” issue new or has always existed?
- Which browser does your child use?
- Has the browser been reset to default?
- Do all other KSK blocked sites work as expected?
- Has the issue been logged with Kaspersky customer service?

- Other KSK blocked sites are blocked, no worries.
- No, my issue hasn’t been logged with Kaspersky customer service.

- Log the issue with Kaspersky customer service, on the support page, scroll down, select either Chat or Email, support may request Logs, Traces & other data, they will guide you.
- If selecting Chat option, we recommend you receive a copy of the chat transcript, make sure you fill in your email address AFTER the chat is activated by the Chat agent & complete the Verify your email address email AFTER the chat completes.
