I’ve the same DELL Laptop XPS15 9500 and the same problem: After language selection and grafic mode (simple/advanced) the screens go to black, the ventilator is sometimes working, waiting for >10 min, no change, still black screen, no keyboard reaction. Only hard reset works (power button for >10 sec) to get the PC back (boots normal).
Some background infos:
- Windows10/64 (latest update)
- UEFI capabale USB disk created with RUFUS (as noted in https://support.kaspersky.com/14226#block1)
- DELL OneTime boot option (F12) started, UEFI USB disk found & selected
- Kasperky bootscreen shown (high resolution, language selection shown, selected English)
- 2nd level menu shown afterwards
- but none of the folliwing selections works => all enter into endless black screen

Hi all, I have the same issue. DELL XPS 9500 is not booting KRD from USB correctly. The USB-stick works perfectly (!) with another computer but not with this DELL laptop. The black screen appears right after language and graphical settings. Kaspersky and DELL should align better. There are many DELL users in the field. Thanks for your help
