He came right away and evaluated the situation with us. Then gave us the cost, and we approved the work.
The work was complete and clean up was well done.
The price was a bit high for the time and energy put out. But there was water on the kitchen floor and more rain was coming. So what could I do.

I contacted Joesph on a Saturday about a mold problem that I was having at my rental house. I dont live locally so I needed someone dependable to coordinate with my tenant and to provide me a clear and concise assessmentof the situation. He called my tenant and went out that day to assess the mold issue. He sent me a quote that evening and called me to explain what was needed from me and my tenant to proceed. He met with my tenant to explain what was necessary to move forward with the project. Within the next week he was able to get the job done. He is an exceptional and meticulous technician and was able to move expediently and efficiently. He kept in touch with me the throughout the whole process. I was relieved to have such a prompt response to the situation. His fees were reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend him.

Ron has been outstanding through the entire project. The full project was not just sprinkler installation but also replacing my entire yard with new grass. He personally came to our house to walk through the project and plan. His crew during the project were professional and courteous and answered any questions I had. Finally, at the end of the project he continued conversation and has set up for his crew to mow the very first time and inspect to see that all the grass is coming in nicely. Great customer service!

The first crew were excellent but they could not come back to finish the job the next day and the second crew came the next day the Forman was Bayward and crew was Shawn /Kevin they really were a great crew they came and finished up what the first crew started and they raised the foundation up so my front door would work again once that was done, they back filled the holes and tamped all the dirt down than put rebar in and cemented the holes so it would be ready for the brick layer then they cleaned up the work site. Really great crew.

Prosper and the team at Prosper Construction just completed a beautiful renovation of my home. I badly needed new flooring and decided to add other updates as well. So we embarked on the journey to design an addition to our home and redesign the entire front of the house, which included a kitchen remodel as well. I knew that I wanted to replace my carpet with porcelain tile, but I thought that I would leave my existing kitchen tile in place, to save a little money. Prosper convinced me to eliminate all transitions in the flooring and replace the entire house with the new tile, and I am really glad that he did! The house now has a smooth flow and an expansive look that is just gorgeous. The entire experience was beyond worth the investment. The most amazing part of the transformation of my home is my stunning new master bathroom, which Prosper also advised me on.

I found them to be a highly experienced, trustworthy, committed, flexible agency performing strictly quality work in all phases of my project, from the beginning to its conclusion.
