I was totally unfamiliar with the particulars of a project like this and Justin was fantastic in educating me. He patiently answered my questions and always gave me multiple options.
The crew members he assigned to my project Mike, Brian, and Andy were true craftsmen. They were never satisfied just doing a good job but were attempting to achieve perfection every step of the way.
Like Justin, each of the guys because a friend with the patience and true concern they showed in making sure my project was completed to the highest standards. I could not be happier.

The inspection process was thorough and professional, Kevin's quote explained all the steps in the process. On the day of the service, Randy and Cordell were exceptional and provided excellent information on what was to be done, what to expect, and answered all my questions. Alex provided credible references and I was impressed by the feedback from the realtors on his list. He was flexible with scheduling, started and finished the job on time and at his quoted price. There were additional repairs required for which he pulled a permit in order to do them by the book and again was very considerate of our deadline. His additional repair charge seemed fair given the extent of the work they performed. I liked working with him as a small businessman who was on site doing the work. A very positive experience overall.

I had a non-typical carpet install on my stairway with carpet I had already purchased. Steve and Steven were more than patient and very willing to think outside the box to get the job done! Response from Angis list was about 10 min! And they were at my house 5 days later ready to install! Some challenges came up due to my stairs, we brainstormed some options, they took my carpet to someone they trust to cut and rebind it, came back out 3 days later and later the carpet- the finished product looks great! So happy with Moore Carpet⠦⠦.small business customer service canâ t be beat!!!
