PNC Restoration

Melissa Flores of PNC came to our house as soon as I called PNC. She had a couple of instruments that showed where the moisture was. She had a plumber come out quickly who fixed the leaking pipe. A carpenter came and remedied the mold and moisture damage. They ordered a custom made vanity, which we are waiting to receive now.

Melissa and her workers were very professional and thorough in their demolding our house. They all were very friendly and knew what they doing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Do you want to write a review for PNC For Home Advisor. She would also like one for Google but I donâ t have an account. This is what I wrote if you just want to cut and paste. They are trustworthy. They are good at what they do. Melissa, the owner, is a hands-on leader who is an expert in her field. She not only has the knowledge for the mold removal, but also the needs for insurance.She continually follows up on every request or question. You canâ t go wrong with PNC. They cleaned everything, from the mold to the clothes and carpets as well.

The restoration team went above and beyond to make sure the quality and outcome met or exceeded my expectations. The project lead, Melissa, was very accommodating and worked well with the insurance adjuster to get everything covered. We are very pleased with the end results.

I am so grateful I was able to find and hire Pack-N-clean! Melissa came in and took over the overwhelming mold problem in a vacation condo. She is so knowledgeable and VERY thorough. The process was made easy for me and very fast! She went above and beyond by taking care of unrelated issues for me, like plumbing.
