The guys at 1-800-Water-Damage were great! They were knowledgeable and responsive. They did not recommend work that didnâ t need to be done as opposed to other companies we looked into. They were very straight-forward and communicative throughout the entire process. The work was done well, in a timely fashion, and for a reasonable cost. I hope our sewer main doesnâ t back up again, but if it did, Iâ d call them again. Highly recommend!

Our finished basement got wet due to a sump pump failure. Because Green Clean did a first rate job on the mitigation side, we trusted them to do the restoration work as well. They put our basement back together beautifully, from drywall to baseboard, casing, paint, and carpet. The city hire a company to change my water meter. They did not have the water valve shut off . I ended up with a lot of water in my basement. Debra had 2 guys at my house in 45 minutes. This could have been much worse than it was because of how fast the got here. They came back 5 times after making sure my basement was dry. Thank you so much Debra and the team. Dale

We enjoyed working with Alexis, Sammy and Aaron. They clearly explained the steps we needed to take and they finished a challenging project exactly as contracted. They also set us up with another firm to complete the rebuilding process. We would highly recommend them to others.
