We had our kitchen flooded by an HVAC guy tripping in our attic. The HVAC companies restoration team did not deal with the situation properly. I called Puretec and knew more in 5 minutes on the phone then in 3 days of dealing with other people. They came out and demoed our kitchen, properly cleaned, got us a sink and covered the floors during it all. Every employee was so professional and communicative. Darren, Justice, Mike, Cole and Cason were all top notch. They were there for us in a very stressful time. I could not recommend them any higher.

Called X-treme Restoration regarding water that had entered our home during a storm. Jody responded and surveyed the areas. He explained the process using a thermal imaging showing the wet areas and the remedy. The estimate was very reasonable which we agreed to and he set us up with dryers. Once everything was dry he treated the areas to prevent mold.
I highly recommend X-treme Restorations and will use this company again.

They were very helpful. They were on time and spotted where the AC condensation was leaking from a cracked PVC pipe into the wall. They have the proper materials to remove mold, fix the PVC and also repair the drywall. We were very happy with them. Fast, efficient, professional and cordial. Pleasure working with them.

I found National Restore to be one of the most honest contractors ever. After reviewing mold assessment data, he said I didn't need any work done. Two other mold assessors said same. HE saved me from spending thousands of dollars unnecessarily.

Definitely Recommend! We had a small attic pipe leak for several days that resulted in drywall and baseboard damage involving 2 bedrooms and a closet in a 1958 block ranch. After some research and checking BBB I called Ryan Riedy owner of Square One Restoration to check it out. He arrived quicker than I would have guessed with a case of fancy cameras and other gear that can see the water content in the walls to see the extent of the damage without ever pulling out a hammer or wrecking bar. He took hundreds of photos to send the insurance company throughout the process. The removal of wet materials and clean up was done in total isolation from the rest of the house and rooms so there was zero dust. Floors were protected all the way to the front door. Care and attention to details at every step including excellent Covid protection by Ryan and all the professional crews. His drywall guy Shane is a real wizard with the repairs and blending the texture and color so we cannot tell we ever had damage. The walls came out great but the closet really came out even better than before the damage. You don't often get the owner of a company take such a personal interest in the project and Ryan really works hard to insure you are happy with the result and you will be even at his expense.
If you need damage restoration or remodeling you can absolutely rely on Square One Restoration to do a professional job you will be thrilled with as we are. Thanks Ryan!
