They came within an hour on Labor Day weekend. I have a home warranty with American Home Shield. They could not get a repairman out until Tuesday. The unit failed on Friday. Who can handle 110 degrees for three days. I'm cancelling my warranty. What good are they if they cannot help you when you need it.

Tech was great. I was on and off conference calls and he was super quick and quiet and replaced some old wiring on the roof. He found a lot of things that need to be adjusted and took pictures which was awesome to be able to show my landlord. I will definitely use them again!!

Heath's Air came to the rescue after another provider dropped the ball on servicing our A/C. After being without A/C for 1.5 weeks, I contacted Heath's through HomeAdvisor/Angi, and they had us back and working within a day. I was very pleased with how they took care of us given our frustration level with the other company.

I was told by others that the water line was blocked. None of the other companies took the type to investigate further. Mike V. not only flushed the line, but checked the coolant levels and found the source of the leak in the attic. He was very meticulous and patient to ensure me that he would get to the source of the problem. I have never had a technician who was so determined to get me the help I needed. He suggested a company to purchase a new unit by financing it. My air condtioning unit is more than 15 years old and I know we willpurchase the correct unit and have it installed in the next few days. God bless Mike V. and Oasis air.

Todd is a friendly, knowledgeable, polite repairman. Knew right away what the problem was and had the part we needed with him. He made a few suggestions as to what we could do to extend the life of our unit, after our asking several questions. Did not try to pressure us into unnecessary maintenance or repair.

I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and attentive the owner was to my issues. The receptionist was very communicative every step of the way. The installer Jack and Ian was respectful, responsible, warm and friendly. You can tell a lot about a company by their employees. The company/technician (ownwe) was great: called, explained I needed a replacement sump pump wired (installed). Gave me a great hourly rate, arrived promptly, did the job, tested the system. All done in a short time.
I will definately use the in the future and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.
