Recent Review: We had become aware that our home water, supplied by the city, had a certain unpleasant smell and seemed cloudy. Being familiar with the Culligan name for many years and from prior experience, we called Culligan of Dallas Fort Worth for more information on a complete home system. Our sales person, Paul, was friendly, answered our questions and guided us toward an approprite system for our situation. Not too much or too little. He explained the service and financing options to our satisfaction and seemed to sincerely be interested in what would work for us. We were comfortable with the deal as presented and decided to purchase a conditioner for the entire home and a drinking water system for kitchen. The installation schedule was flexible and convienient for our schedule. Our intaller, Chad, showed up as scheduled and built the system to fit our existing plumbing. Even though he was working, he was friendly and helpful. Sometimes having strangers in your home, especially someone selling something, can be stressful. We have been pleased to do business with Culligan and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Recent Review: Greg was very punctual and professional. He was very knowledgeable about his products and i never felt like i was in some sales pitch. He took the time to walk the property with me and help me figure out how my sprinkler system was laid out and how to ensure that the treatment i would be adding to the house was not going to affect the sprinkler system as well (this was a concern for me which he put at ease). Greg was very affordable and during the installation was very clean and organized. I would highly recommend Greg if you are looking for water treatment systems and knowledge.

Recent Review: I heard about primary solutions consulting /Mr. Wayne through a recommendation by my coworker. Mr Wayne is very knowledgeable and very informative. He guided me through my decision making on what to buy very diligently because I don't know anything about water softening and reverse osmosis. The installation was very smooth. Jace did a great job showing me and explaining everything I needed to know. He made sure it was a clean installation and even swept our floor. I guarantee you will not be disappointed with this company. I showered that night and what a big difference. Softer skin feeling and greater hair feel. Keep up the good work guys. Recent Review: I contacted Richard early in the week and he visited my house on a Friday, which was the first date that fit both of our schedules, to evaulate our needs for a water softner and filtration system. He was very professional when he outlined what was best for our situation and made sure that I understood the options available from AquaSystems. I appreciate the fact that there were no high pressure sales tactics and felt encourage to investigate other alternatives for water treatment although I had already looked into other options. I told him that I wanted to pursue his recommendation for a system while he was still at our house and he was able to have a technician at our house on the following Monday to install the system. The installation when very smoothly and we are pleased with the system installed.

Recent Review: This needs maintenance twice a year to remain a functioning addition to the water supply. The technicians dont have to call because it is set up outside. We have noticed an enormous difference in the taste and feel of the water since this went in. Our water was so hard before and it was difficult rinse the soap off our skin. That doesnt happen anymore.
