    Kevin came out to my home and replaced my old weathered locks. Not only did he educate me on all of my options, but once I picked out what I wanted he was able to start work immediately and finished everything in the same visit. I was amazed that he didn’t have to pick up parts or order something for me. A consummate professional, Kevin is very polite, clean, courteous and respectful. When I price checked I found that his prices were among the best in town, and I know that his service is the best in town, so there is not another locksmith I will use.     There were some bumps along the way in the fence project, but I expected that -- it was ~6400 feet of fence and Home Remedy was managing the expectations of 24 separate home owners. The gate. leak and ceiling projects went quickly, efficiently and they did a great job of managing the plaster dust that comes with replacing part of a drywall ceiling

    I live in Illinois and needed work done on a condo in Houston. I called Home Remedy based on Angie's list ratings, and they were excellent choice. It is tough to know who to trust when trying to line up contractors long-distance, but we will be calling Home Remedy again when needed in the future. Richard got back to me very quickly after my initial call to the main office, and when he heard condo door could not be locked/secured, he seemed determined to get it resolved for us as quickly as possible. He was not working in our area that day, but he arranged for another carpenter from Home Remedy, Mike, to come by to at least help us figure out what was needed to fix the door lock. Mike was able to resolve the problem easily himself, and the door can again be locked and secured. We really appreciated how Richard and Mike responded quickly and with a sense of urgency. I would have happily paid for the service call, but was not even charged for this small job. For them, the work was simple, but for us, the impact was great, and now I am happy to have found people I can trust for future work that may be needed in Houston

    Compared with stories I've heard, my experience was wonderful. Everyone at Home Remedy was always completely professional, friendly, competent, and flexible when I changed my mind about something. They always maintained daily communication throughout, on as much detail as I wanted, explained things patiently to me so I could understand why they were the making decisions they did. They always made every attempt to adapt to changes I requested along the way, and were always clear about costs. Things took longer than the original estimate, but there was also more work to be done than appeared initially, and most of the delays involved city inspections. They also came in on weekends many times to help make up for delays. In the end, the house turned out beautifully, and I get compliments on it by everyone who walks through the door. I would highly recommend Home Remedy to anyone having remodeling done

    Everything was great. When I called, the lady who answered was pleasant and said the locksmiths would call me shortly to set an appointment. Minutes later, Johnnie called. I sent him a picture of whet I needed. They had to order the fob so it took a few days. But, Johnnie arrived on time when he said he would (actually he called ahead and was able to come about 20 minutes early). He was pleasant and professional and answered my questions. He was done in less than 30 minutes. So: he replaced a lost fob for my car with push button start, cut the valet key, reprogrammed both fobs, in 30 minutes, in the driveway on my house, and he saved me $100 and 2-3 house had I gone to the dealership to have it done. I would definitely call them back for my next lock or key need

    Amazing service from a wonderful owner. Ruben responded to my desperate message that night, on a holiday weekend, and offered to come out the next morning on Sunday to rekey an entire house and garage! He was on time, professional, took all COVID precautions whenever talking to or even near my family, and was so wonderfully polite. He explained everything he was doing and why, charged an EXTREMELY fair price, and offered me some hints on what places burglars will look for keys (so don’t try to hide them there). He even repaired some prior damage from a deadbolt on a warped doorframe. I’m so happy that my parents are now safe with new keys and a deadbolt. Thank you, Ruben, and thank you, Anchor Safe and Lock

    My LG dryer was showing a Db80 code which means time to clean out the vent. Amerijam came out and cleaned out behind the dryer and underneath the filter where I could not reach and even washed off my filter. $95 for the cost but my dryer is drying faster and no more damp clothes at the end of the cycle.     They do a great job. They're professional, honest, and reliable. I've used them many times over the years for both my home and my rental property. I've always been very happy with their work. They really saved me after Snovid. We had a burst pipe that caused a ton of damage.
