Done Rite Services

I am very Happy to say that Done Rite Services is a Wonderful Company to work with. We have been using EMMCo for the entire time of owning our home (15+ years) Always reliable and friendly. Before the Holiday's our heating began to act up and we knew it was time to replace the entire system. One phone call to the office and the appointment was set. Jordan Benjamin came out and spent time explaining options and what would be done to replace and upgrade our system. Within a week the installers Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo arrived. They explained what would take place over the next 3 days. This could have been a disaster because we have 4 dogs but they were very accommodating. With very few hiccups my system was installed to my satisfaction. I have to say not one piece of wire, tape or a bit of dust was left behind. Each one of the crew was very respectful of my home and the most professional group of young men. I am not the easiest to deal with because I have lots of questions. I was never made to feel like I was bothering them and they took my concerns very seriously. My rating for this company is they are AMAZING!!! They go above and beyond to satisfy and do a professional job. Thank You Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo and all the office staff that assisted in keeping me comfortable in my home.

Done Rite Services has done many things for me for me. Fixed my AC, changed faucets and even fixed an electrical issue. They always do a great job and are very friendly, not to mention how fast and reliable they are! I won't use anyone else.

Excellent- Doneritesvcs showed up on time and ready to install a ew HVAC system... day after Thanksgiving.. Rainey- windy .. on time , guided me through the process.. scheduled the crane .. all was done on time and safely... like all things when done well and “rite” we will hire them again

My old gaspac HVAC quit working. I searched the internet to find the highest SEER 5 ton units. I contacted several dealers and Done Rite gave me a free estimate and they had the best price. They installed the unit a couple days later and I couldn't be happier. Very professional install and answered all the questions I asked.

I lost power to 2 rooms in my house. I called Done Rite Services and within a an hour a technician was at my door. Come to find out, the addition wasn't wired properly and caused the problem. Done Rite fixed the problem and power was restored the same day. The crew was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you Done Rite!
