Tom and team were fantastic to work with - he is super communicative (almost daily texts with updates and very very responsive with our qns), very thoughtful in timing and approach, and is in general very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. "I hired Joe to do a tile job in my bathroom. I had a half tile shower with a seat in it, also tile around my bathtub and floor with a drain installed on the floor. The tile came out just beautiful. Also, when I was overseas, I called Joe for an emergency plumbing job under my rental. He came the same day and did the repair. I am glad to have someone to call and trust the job will be done correctly and fairly."
