I used Shefer Builder for a kitchen remodel and I'm so glad I did. They were friendly, detail-oriented and flexible. First, I didn't want a total teardown. I wrote a detailed doc specifying what I wanted and sent it to a bunch of contractors. Yaniv was the only guy that actually read it and gave us a competitive quote - everyone else tried to upsell us a total teardown. I really appreciated that. We wanted to purchase all materials and appliances ourselves, and Yaniv worked efficiently with us to schedule things . Partway through the process we changed our mind - went for an in-counter cooktop instead of a separate range. Yaniv took the change in stride, adjusted the quote and schedule, and work continued smoothly. I was very impressed. Partway through the renovation, covid hit. When this happened Yaniv quickly hurried his schedule so that his workers could be out of our house as soon as possible. I really appreciated it. This renovation was over a year ago and all the work has been first rate. There wasn't a detail missed and everything's held up. For all my future renovations, Shefer Builder will be my first (and probably only) call.

Shortlist process: I met with at least 20+ contractors and finally shortlisted my top 5 based on pricing and online reviews. Build the Bay was one of them. We finalized on Build the Bay (Eitan) based on our interactions with him at some other job site. We noticed his attention to detail and work ethics and he came across as an honest man who did not make excuses but gave logical explanation for every question we asked. On top of it, in terms of pricing he was in the top3. Workmanship: Eitan has a great team of men. His main man, Jesus was also great to work with and has an excellent attitude. 1. Punctuality and communication - We had a whatsapp group where Eitan always communicated when his men would come for work and he would also promptly answer any questions we had for him. He pushed us to ensure we were on top of providing materials so that they would not miss the dates they had promised on delivering the project. Eventually despite some delays on our end to procure finish materials, they finished within 3 months, as committed at the start. 2. Cleanliness - We stayed at home during the entire construction, but we never had any issues. The crew always made sure they cleaned up the work area before they left. 3. Honesty - What struck us the most was the honesty towards their work. There were a couple occasions when Jesus himself informed us about certain imperfections in the quality of the work due to which he was going to redo it. Frankly I had not even noticed the issues myself. But that clearly showed how much they cared about the quality. Eitan also came across as a very honest person. There were few occasions when we only had a verbal agreement but he always remembered it and honored it. 4. Great team - On a day to day basis you interact with the team, so it is important for them to be likeable. Jesus and his men are simply the best and very jolly and knowledgeable people. 5. Eitan went out of the way with some material pick ups. 6. Eitan is very knowledgeable and was able guide us in choosing materials. Also he was patient to explain any construction related technicalities which helped us make better decisions. 7. Eitan was very accommodating with our new ideas that kept coming up throughout the project. 8. Overall quality - We are very happy with the overall quality and outcome of the project. All our friends have loved the work as well and have asked for his reference. Eitan and his team will be our go to people without any hesitations for any future projects.

Imagine Unique went the extra mile on my kitchen renovation, not only did they finish when they said they would but the work they did was impeccable. all of the workers were very respectful and took safety very seriously (a thing my wife and I highly appreciated) I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work done on time and at a fair price.

The project was flawless, beginning to end. Barak, the project manager was on site frequently and checked in to make sure the milestones were met. We had two dedicated workers and the were on time, very tidy, followed COVID protocols and were very pleasant to have around.

I hired Done Right Home Remodeling to complete our kitchen renovation. The work was done in a timely manner, and first class craftsmanship. The floor work is top notch, bathroom is anyone's dream. Thank you for your professionalism, talent and craftsmanship. Crew were honest from the beginning, and if there were any issues, they would address them with integrity and honesty. The project ended up being over budget, but it's because I liked how great the transformation was that I kept adding on more and more. Outstanding.

I'm happy to say that over the course of four weeks, S&LR came into my house and did a superb job transforming my kitchen. I really like the fact that when they came to my house they brought over two hundred samples of materials in a unique way. When working with S&L you can honestly see the difference from how fast they respond to workmanship to communication. Everyday the project manager was there to take care of the project and I was never left in the dark as to what was going on. The proper plastic and floor covering was placed in the beginning and updated throughout to maintain other areas dust free. I also like the quality of materials used and the price I paid was a great bargain!

Abraham was a pleasure to work with. I value those who are responsive, punctual, and fair and Abraham was all of the above. I had unique concepts for my kitchen and Abraham wanted to be kept in the loop the entire way. He was really flexible with my work schedule and did most of it when I didn't need to be home. This was incredibly helpful as it would have taken much longer to finish if I didn't trust him to be there alone. If plans ever changed, he would notify me immediately. He was helpful with professional suggestions for outside hire and never once made me feel unsure or uncomfortable about the project. I had a imaginative and prescient for my kitchen and as a team we totally nailed it. This was my first big renovation project on our first home and I am thrilled to have had a wonderful experience with Abraham as my right hand. Thanks a lot for all your challenging work, I can not wait to enjoy my kitchen!!!

Best Construction Company I have worked with. Living Home Construction renovated my whole kitchen and did an amazing job at it. They are honest, prompt, courteous, thorough and comprehensive, in addition to doing outstanding construction work at a very reasonable price. Overall BRR was a pleasure to work with. The project managers and contractors were extremely friendly, professional and attentive (and skilled!). This was my first renovation, so I would likely make some different choices if I did it again now that I have more knowledge (e.g. making sure that the subfloor was 100% level before laying a floating vinyl plank on it), but as a whole I am extremely happy with the outcome. The most impressive feat was the installation of the countertops. I live in a condo with narrow staircases so I was assuming they would have to be in multiple pieces, but the team came up with a creative solution to get the massive counters into my apartment and installed without having to cut them. They are seamless and gorgeous! I was also extremely impressed with the carpenter, Mike. He not only installed my kitchen cabinet doors, which was an intricate puzzle of ancient hinges, but he and his team built a storage cabinet for my parking space that is the envy of everyone in my complex. A simple thing, but very finely crafted. I ever have money again after this round of renovations, I will definitely hire BRR to work on my bathrooms!
