    They were responsive, everything went well. The only thing that puzzled me, is they didn't seem to raise any concerns about anything. But yet, the other 3 contractors I had out here seemed to see it as a bigger job and more complicated. I think maybe that is part of the reason I was concerned about Pure, was I thought well OK they say $2100, but are they going to say oh we forgot this and the next thing I know it be in the $3500's or something. I was very happy with them, except not knowing. I don't know if I should hold that against them. Maybe they didn't think about everything. I didn't bother to call them back. The other companies thought I needed a bigger gas line to that fire pit, and Pure didn't say anything about that

    The company was very nice and easy to work with. Their consultation guy, I forget his name, was really nice and professional, he always answered the phone whenever I had a question. They brought samples to my house and made everything really simple. They completed their work on time and their receptionist was very nice about me coming to get a copy on the contract they had.     Hello, I wanted to tell you about my experience using PRO HANDYMAN services. Jeff showed up on time, however, I locked myself out of the house. I left the bedroom window open. Jeff was very brave and climbed through the window, even though my dog was barking at him He unlocked the front door and I was able to get inside and show him what I wanted done. Two days later Jeff returned to do the job. He was amazing. He did the necessary shopping and all the work. I awoke the next morning to find a flood. I thought Jeff would see the water, turn around and leave, but he didn't. Jeff told me what to do and even helped me. I would recommend this company highly and especially Jeff. Thank you Angie's List

    We used Fairless Homes to remodel our home over a two-year period. We started with removing the prefab tub and shower. The result was so nice it made everything else look shabby and dated. We followed with other major projects like the kitchen and all the flooring. We just finished the master bathroom. We removed a wall in order to make the shower larger and replaced the vanity with custom cabinetry and quartz countertops. A new wall was designed going into the bathroom with a pocket door for privacy. The result is a bright, clean and modern look that we are thrilled with. Each project was finished on time with minimal disruption to us. The owners RJ and Donna were so nice to work with. This is a company that still believes in doing quality work for a fair price. Once I decided on my sink and quartz slab, the work was done within a couple weeks (this is a very busy time for remodeling) I love my quartz countertops and sink... The workmanship is excellent and very impressed with the speed and neatness the demolition was done (vacuumed as demo was being performed) and debris hauled away... I would definitely ask them to do my bathrooms when i'm ready

    Pure Restoration does it all and does it all to perfection. Tommy is smart, creative, artistic, and honest. He knows how to push through insurance claims when the denials start rolling in. He knows how to solve problems. Most importantly, he is a good person with good intentions. He understands the way of our world where quality work and customer care matter. Pure Restoration basically reconstructed my home after a horrible combination of fire and water damage.     I decided to choose this company to have the furnace pipe venting brought 'up to code' based on their reputation, estimate, professionalism, and quick response time. Prior to choosing this company we were with another company for eleven years. During that time we had both Spring and Fall tune ups to the system at our house and only after 11 years with the other company was it brought to our attention by a tech that the furnace venting pipe was not up to code! For all those years we were at risk of carbon monoxide not being properly vented out of the house and NO ONE NOTICED IT UNTIL NOW! I am grateful the tech brought it to our attention. However, given the history with this company and no one noticed it for 11 years when we were paying them for furnace tune ups, and the estimate the tech gave to fix it was ridiculous; it was not acceptable. We considered ourselves lucky all those years. Granted the carbon monoxide detectors in our house have never gone off, but still. So I started researching HVAC companies to get second opinions and estimates. We decided to choose Legacy Air based on their Yelp reviews with a five star average, Angie's List A rating, BBB rating of A+, Legacy Air owner Dave responded to my "request a quote" within minutes, and the estimate was HALF of the estimate from the other company (we were loyal customers with for eleven years). Legacy Air is also a family owned and operated business and we like to support local. We were provided text alerts the day prior to the service to remind us of the appointment. We were provided text alerts the day of the service shortly before the tech was to arrive. Javier arrived on time and within an hour he brought the furnace venting pipe up to code. He took pictures of the 'before and after' for us. He was professional, courteous and answered our questions. We asked him if he could share the pictures with us and he said he would tell them at the office to send the images along with the invoice in an email (which I received the next day). Unlike the other company, Javier did not collect payment or provide an invoice at the time of service. This company sends it via email. The next day I received the email invoice, bill, and the images. I then paid the bill online using a credit card (an easy and secure transaction), saved the data on my computer, and printed out the invoice for my paper records. The venting looks clean and properly installed. We are feeling much better now knowing that the furnace is properly vented (we could have just been lucky all these years). So now the furnace venting is up to code and we have a new company for our HVAC needs
