After getting tired of spending too much on bottled water my wife and I decided to get a water purification system installed in our house. (May 2017) I LOVE the new system and my tap water now taste better than bottled water. We purchased a Puronics system. Install was next day and seamless. In early August I was out of town on business and my wife called me in panic because our AC was not working. We have a young toddler and it was 110 degrees outside. Not having AC was not an option. I remember that the experience we had with Environmental Heating and Air so I called around 5pm to see if they could look at my house ASAP. Matt, the owner, came by my house around 6:30pm and setup and delivered two portable AC units so my wife could put our son to bed. He checked my heating unit in the attic and saw that the drip pan was about to overflow. They drained my drip pan and after the technician did some test to see why it was failing. EHS replaced the capacitor tried to fix my old compressor, but it still failed. We decided to go with a new system. We chose the Lennox XC25-AC and SLP98 furnace. It is really nice to be able to adjust the temperature zones on our phone. The install was booked and installed two days later. Now we have had TWO excellent experiences with EHA. To top it off last month they provided me with two club level tickets to the San Jose Sharks game! The tickets cam with free food, drinks and parking. EHA has exceeded all my expectations and has provided a great value. I would recommend them to a friend and would absolutely call them again if needed.

I highly recommend this local company. My mom recently bought a new home and needed a water treatment system. I live out of state and called H20 to Go and spoke to a company rep, Sid, who took the time to explain everything I asked about in detail. The cost for purchase and installation was reasonable compared to other companies and 40 percent less than what Kinetico quoted! She was also eligible for a senior discount. They were responsive and professional and mom is happy.

I received another quote for $250 just for labor so I was so pleased I had all three plumbing issues fixed for less than that. I will be using On the Ritz Plumbing again.

Water was backing up in our drains. We're new to town and didn't know who to call, so we went to the Net to find a local company. From when they answered the phone until the work was done, this company was tops! The workers were all very professional, diligent, and efficient. They also were friendly and very good at explaining everything. They finished up all the work and left everything as close to pre-work status as was possible. And it was great! We love it! We're going to have some more plumbing work and a small bathroom remodeling job done, and this is the company we're going to call. They really earn the A+ rating with the BBB.

Culligan
The technician arrived within the appointed window but seemed late because he had to attend an office meeting prior to going out to do his installations. He was very nice and courteous but I would have appreciated a call letting me know of the delayed arrival time. He hauled in all of the necessary tools and equipment and seemed to work efficiently but the job took a lot longer than I had anticipated as I had an afternoon appointment that I began to worry about as the morning progressed. I tried to give him enough advance notice, that I had to leave, to allow him to finish the complete installation. The job was completed with very little time to spare but was done in a neat, professional way.

Had Carter's Plumbing come and look at our toilet which another plumbing company said it needed to be replaced. The toilet was fine but the grabage disposal was not working. Carter's Plumbing got the disosal working but notice the kitchen faucet was needing to be replaced. Set a appointment and a guy named Rick came on a very rainy day and replaced it. A very good job.

Terrible experience. The fellow who arrived spent two days repairing the combustion system of a water heater. It turns out he, without permission, tore apart a retired high efficiency water heater to salvage parts for the water heater being repaired. That derelict water heater was saved only because a recall repair for the electrical system occurred just prior to its combustion system failing. This fellow then spent considerable time on the phone with the manufacturer trying to figure out why he could not get the system running. Well, putting a failed gas valve in a system with a failed gas valve will result in failed operation. Two days after he actually got it fixed we discovered his work light was still plugged in and lighting up the basement and misc. tools were scattered in the area. We later carted the out-of-service water heater to the dump but in the process found the electronics had also been stripped out. Follow-on discussions via a BBB complaint came with a statement a reimbursement check had been sent to compensate for the exaggerated hours spent on this repair - no such check was ever received.
