    My 18yo water heater finally broke this morning. When I called this company, they asked for the model and serial numbers of my old heater, whether my building had an elevator and several pictures of where the heater is located. Based on this information, they gave me an exact price I would have to pay; I really appreciated the clarity in this process and the fairness in their price. They were able to offer a same-day service and the compnay called me an hour before their arrival to let me know I should be expecting them. The workers were extremely professional, efficient and friendly. They were very knowledgable in their work and did not try to press for extra services. They were efficient and prompt in installing the heater even though the installation site was pretty crowded. They cleaned up the area thoroughly before they left. In summary, I had a superb experience with this company and would highly recommend to anyone that needs water heater installation

    Steve's a super nice guy, took care of the issue, super knowledgeable about my aged furnace. He prepared me for potential future issues that may require a replacement furnace. However he was able to repair our current furnace for an extremely reasonable rate. Would and will definitely call on him again

    Gus was AWESOME. Diagnosed problem. Gave thorough explanation of the failed part but, never put any pressure on whether or not to do the repair or replace refrigerator. Part took a few days to come in arriving on a Sunday. It would have been easy for him to have waited till Monday but, he notified me and came out on a Sunday evening to install!!!! Had refrigerator up and running perfectly. That's somebody who is about servicing the customer. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone who's looking for a thorough and honest appliance repair. All I can say is , "Gus, thank you again and God Bless"
