The Maestro program is Bluehost’s initiative to serve Web Professionals (WordPress website creators, designers and developers) with better tools and features. In this early version, you get a fresh Maestro account where you can organize all your WordPress sites, categorize them by clients, onto a single dashboard. For each site you add, you will get one-click access to the WordPress Admin and Bluehost hosting account. As your clients grow - Maestro will help remove your overhead of managing multiple accounts for each client, by bringing it all together on a single dashboard.
Maestro is completely free to use. Simply sign up and create your username and password. Once inside the dashboard, you will be able to quickly add, remove, or log in to your clients' WordPress sites as well as get access to your Bluehost hosting account (after they have approved your request to manage their site).
With your Maestro Account, you can add all the WordPress websites you manage, along with each client, on a single dashboard. Moreover, you can request access to websites hosted anywhere, to give you access to manage the WordPress Admin. You can also request hosting access(cPanel) to websites which are hosted on Bluehost. Once you have been granted access, you can log in to WordPress Admin securely or manage hosting of the website at the click of a button.
For more information, please check out our Knowledge Base article for step-by-step instructions.
For all the clients you manage you can be securely authorized to access their WordPress Admin, without having to log in to each client's hosting account.
To gain access to a website hosted on Bluehost, you can generate a secure link for each site you add to your dashboard. Simply send this link to your client - they will need to log in to their Bluehost account and approve your request.
To gain access to a website hosted elsewhere you can generate a secret key & send it to your client - they will need to log into their WP Admin panel, download the plugin “Maestro Connector” and use the secret key to approve your request.
You will be an admin user of their WordPress website. This means you will be able to manage all aspects including editing website content and images, installing themes and plugins, performing upgrades etc. You will not have access to a client’s billing information, hosting account information, or Bluehost Marketplace at this time.

Yes, this is work in progress. Our goal is to help you get a single view of all the WordPress sites you manage, no matter where they are hosted. We are currently working on bringing you this functionality and will announce when it is launched. Until then, you can consolidate the sites you host with Bluehost on your Maestro dashboard.
Your existing hosting accounts on Bluehost will continue to function as-is. You will be able to access them with your existing login credentials on bluehost.com. The Maestro account is one you get, in addition to your existing accounts. Over time, as we build on the Maestro program, your need to log in to existing accounts on Bluehost will be minimized and Maestro will become the central account from where you can manage all your WordPress sites and clients, hosting packages, etc.
