Our A/C went out in the afternoon. We had a local Safety Harbor company come out and it was sounding as if they 1) were expensive and 2) would need a few days to install a new unit. Went on HA for 2nd opinion/quote. That evening, Liliana from Ocean Air called. She walked me thru everything and said she could have someone come out the next morning to install a new unit (for substantially less $ than the company that had been out for the same size/quality). She even swung by that evening to have a look and make sure she would be able to keep her promise (had everything needed in the warehouse). The next morning, their techs came out and did the install. I had the air back on in less than 24 hrs. of it going out! The techs were very friendly and professional. They went above and beyond keeping floors clean and after they left, you would not have known they were there (except the house was already much cooler!). Was so happy with the service, hired them the next day to clean and sanitize the existing ductwork that had dirt, dust, and some mold from the old unit leak. Would highly recommend this company. They really do go above and beyond.

The owner of Victor air conditioning has been servicing and maintaining the AC / heating systems in both my home and rental property for the past three years. He has always provided prompt and courteous service. He is very conscientious about his work and his prices are very reasonable. If a repair is needed he explains the different options and pricing with no pressure. I've been very satisfied and would highly recommend this company.

They did exactly what was promised . No gimmicks . They were very professional worked with my schedule came on time. Cleaned up after job no mess or worries. Worked till finished collected when completed Outstanding job. Will use them again. Explained everything I needed done and helped with registration so my HVAC has a 10 parts warranty . Fantastic company. The first time I used them, it was just for a maintenance appointment. The most recent time, my A/C broke down at night. Tom came out to my house at almost 10:00pm and had me fixed up in no time! Super great guy that explained everything along the way. Highly recommend.
