Support » Fixing WordPress » “Critical error on this website”

  • This is the home page and it shows the “critical error” error but this is happening only on this page and that too after loading some bare content. Other pages on the site like https://unikmetals.in/ss-pipes seem to work fine. I can’t wrap my head around what could be causing this?

    I tried deactivating all the plugins (and it did work and then I found that elementor plugin was the reason but when I deactivated it, the page still threw this error) and then activating them 1 at a time but still, couldn’t figure out the issue.

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty-One theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

    If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    Hi,

    At present i have checked your website is loading all the content and everything looks great. Although if you are not sure then you can turn on the debug mode in wp-config file to see if there are any fatal errors and then take required action otherwise at present site is loading.

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );

    Kind Regards,
