Hex absolutely exceeded our expectations of new James Hardie exterior siding and Andlin Window installations. Hardie comes with a 15 year factory paint warranty and Andlin windows have a Double Lifetime warranty. Rob, the estimator showed up exactly on time and gave us a no pressure, fast and fair bid. Working over the holidays and through Covid they were still able to complete the job in a timely manner with all deliveries and change orders scheduled perfectly. Alex was great keeping everything on time and made excellent suggestions that I'm so glad we did. Vic and Eugene completed the hard work and expert details with a large crew of very friendly workers. They always cleaned up at the end of every day and left the job exactly how we wanted it. The price was fair. Of the 3 bids we got they were in the middle. I inspected their work along the way and I'm very confident the quality of the workmanship will last decades. We highly recommend them for any project you have for your home.

Spectrum One is our choice over and over again for renovating our home, which was built in the 1960s.
Dennis comes out and looks at the scope of the project and gets back to you in a timely manner with an incredibly detailed and professional proposal. He takes into account your vision for the home and offers suggestions for improving the project or explains how the team can make that vision come to life.
The project managers who oversee the project from start to finish have been diligent, respectful and ensure that the work being done is of the highest standards. They are on-site every day with a whole team working to get the job done as beautifully and as quickly as possible. The attention to detail from the whole group is what I most appreciate.
We have used them for whole-home flooring (removal, installation and baseboards), recessed lighting, countertops, backsplash and would trust them with any project. We recently completed a third project with Spectrum One that included widening doorways, redoing an outdated fireplace hearth, and remodeling two bathrooms.
Everyone at Spectrum One is quick to respond, honest, creative, and fun to be around. We love them and highly recommend to anyone looking to do a renovation, repair, or build!

I am really happy I found and hired Dave. Of all the quotes I got on this project he was the most reasonable on price and professional about his business. We considered subbing out this project ourselves and now believe we would have probably ended up paying more and quadrupling the time of completion. We are so happy with our addition and the process to get it completed. I would absolutely hire him again. Nice job Dave!
Pros: Worked really quickly and beat estimated timeframe, stayed within budget, willing to compromise, very organized and professional with contract and invoices, friendly workers.
Cons: Jobsite got a little messy, but I am sure if I said something he would have had his guys on it.

This company was amazing from the get go. Kathi is their admin liaison and it was extremely easy to get in contact with her for scheduling and they were very transparent with the entire process. Ignacio and Anthony does phenomenal work and were always very easy to work with. Every person that came to work on our project was respectful and kind. We have a 2 year old golden and they had no problems working around the pup and even handing down a few pets. I would recommend this great company to anyone that wants to build an outdoor kitchen. The craftsmanship and professionalism will not be forgotten.
