    For some reason the checkout page in PMP (stripe test or live) is now not responding. It was a week ago and now seems to have stopped.

    I updated the plugin – no change
    Only changes to the site were Advanced Access Manager so content could be restricted via role. PMP Roles add one also.
    Fluent Forms contact form
    Mailchimp API added to PMP

    No error seems to be occurring, the page just loops when I click submit.

    Hi @vcop

    I’m sorry to hear about this issue you are facing. This sounds like there could be JavaScript errors on your checkout page.

    Could you please retest your checkout page and open the browser console and see if any JavaScript errors are present? This may help us pinpoint the issue and advise you on a way forward.

    Can you please open a new ticket? Can you also include Site Health Information so I may advise you further – it looks like your payment section isn’t working entirely correct.
