    When the work was initially completed, I wasn't thrilled. I figured a high 3 star at best. The gutters were fine but there were noticeable gaps with the guards, the installation was done differently than I expected, and a small part of it wasn't even what I had ordered. I figured it wouldn't get much better, but I wanted to give them a chance. In my view how a company reacts to feedback from their customer is a real statement about how the company operates. They couldn't ask for someone better than Jacob to be their "follow up" guy. He reached out to me after I let billing know I had some concerns. He was polite, listened to all of my concerns, and didn't even give a hint of argument. He asked what my schedule was and set up an appointment to swing by within 48 hrs. He arrived on time, checked out the situation, quickly made the changes to the install that I thought needed to be looked at and was happy to do it. Not once did he try to give me an excuse, nor did he even hint at it being my problem. He did EXACTLY what someone his position is supposed to do to make sure I was a happy customer. ...and today (weeks later) we finally got a good heavy rain that let me really see the final results. It's the first time in years I've been able to go on my back patio during a heavy rain without being ankle deep in water. The gutters and guards worked perfectly. Thanks to Berger Services for showing that customer satisfaction really is the #1 priority

    I received hail damage in April 2021 & Eldridge Roofing was recommended to me by a friend. I proceeded to work with them in regards to my insurance claim...I cannot express how very impressed I have been with their services! They offer a complete support system from inspecting my roof & meeting with the insurance adjustors at my home so I was not lost in conversation with terms that I did not understand. My Account Rep Anson is extremely knowledgeable , professional, yet very personable! Eldridge has gone above & beyond simply "replacing a roof"...they have built a relationship & assisted me with their additional services in regards to coordinating with my AC company to improve the air flow in my attic space, and they are installing gutters this week as well. Communication is extremely important to me and Anson ALWAYS follows up in a timely manner & finds answers to all of my questions thru out this process over the past 4-5 months!     We had windows installed in our livingroom and kitchen. Within the first few hours of the windows being installed we could feel a major difference in the temperature of the house! And we couldn't hear the noise outside! The windows truly are game changers. Everyone that we met with was professional and friendly. Tyrese helped us with our initial order and he was awesome. He fully explained everything about the windows and the financing. We were going to go with only one room but after talking to Tyrese we decided to go with the kitchen as well.     This company is efficient, professional, reliable, with good communication and fair pricing. Tommy came to the house and provided a written estimate, after discussing options and measuring the job. Once I told Tommy I was ready to schedule, it took about a week to begin. His crew was on time, and did a great job installing the 6" gutters, downspouts and leaf guards. They completed the job over the span of two days. They started in the afternoon the first day and returned the next morning to complete the job. They cleaned up after the project was completed. They were friendly, and enjoyed answering any questions I had. There was a small leak I discovered a few days later in a corner where two gutter were joined. Tommy had the crew out there the next day to fix it. It just required a little more gutter caulking. The pool plumber put one downspout drain in the wrong position and the concrete company covered it, rather than raising it up, so it could not be moved. The gutter crew came up with a creative way to make it functional, but it did not look good. I took a picture and sent it to Tommy. He came out twice to make it both functional and look good
