With ‘Google Logins’ enabled in ‘External Service’ and ‘Hide WordPress Logins’ checked in advanced, for wordpress 5.3, the wordpress login page shows the Google button, but also now show two unlabeled text boxes below it. Thanks in advance.

I just noticed that too. Got it fixed here:
https://github.com/uhm-coe/authorizer/commit/8da0aa9d442ae1b49259a711268ec181c02a211b

It will be included in the next release, but you can apply the change now if you want!
